Good choice of breads, cakes and pies. Limited parking outside. Only one person allowed in at once so perfectly safe. Will accept telephone orders. Bread stays nice and fresh if kept in cool.

One of the few bakeries left in Norwich. Can get busy at times and pre-order is an option to avoid disappointment. They have a good range of bread, cakes, savoury pies and interesting nibbles. Friendly service.

Started using ketts Hill bakery after lock down started over a year ago , mainly to avoid the supermarkets but the bread ,rolls and cakes are so nice that we carried on going there . The take out rolls are excellent ,always made with fresh ingredients, normally have a egg n Tom wholemeal roll and my wife has a tuna salad roll , the rolls are always generously filled and absolutely lovely . Would recommend this bakery without hesitation . Maybe a little more expensive than the supermarkets but the quality of the bread etc more than makes up for that .

Fantastic little traditional bakery, has a wide selection of pastries savory and sweet, great cakes and tray bakes, especially the jam shortbread slice! Really lovely variety of loaves and rolls. Open until 3pm daily and always very fresh. Also recommend because it's fab to keep small businesses going!

I’ve been going here for the last few months and have never been disappointed. As something of a sausage roll Connoisseur, I can confirm that their sausage and onion sausage rolls are sensational. Their baps are always delectably soft and there’s a fab range of tray bakes. The Bakewell slice is my favourite. It’s also excellent value - cheaper than Greggs and 100 times better quality!
