Imogen made us the absolute best wedding cake! We sent a list over of things to "tell the story of us" and she completely ran with it, creating such a beautiful and personal (and completely geeky) cake. It tasted delicious to boot too. Thank you so much Imogen!

Imogen made the cake for our wedding in October - not only was it absolutely visually stunning, but it tasted incredible too. She knew exactly the style we were looking for, and also accommodated various dietary requirements easily, whilst also being massively helpful with any queries we had. I approached Imogen for one of her virtual 1:1 classes to help me with stacking and transporting wedding cakes. I've long admired her beautiful creations on social media, and she was so lovely and approachable - I really felt like I could ask her anything! She took an abundance of time to answer all my questions, and she had items available on the call to demonstrate techniques so that I could clearly understand her advice. She was incredibly generous with her time and sharing her knowledge, and her input has really helped me grow in confidence as my own wedding cake business has expanded. (I've also really valued Imogen's support and comradery since the class, every time I've contacted her with follow up questions!) If you are after practical advice from a professional who really knows their stuff, I'd highly recommend a Sugar Buttons 1:1 Virtual Class.

We used Sugar Buttons Creative/Imogen for our wedding cake following a recommendation from a friend and were not disappointed. We had a design session with Imogen, where she looked at our inspiration pictures, and we also got to taste her baking (which is amazing). Imogen then produced an initial design, which we were so happy with we didn't change. The final cake incorporated details of all the places we have travelled together including really intricate work on the top tier. Imogen worked to our prince specification and produced the most beautiful cake. We couldn't have been happier with the final cake and all of our guests commented on it. The cake was delivered on time and set up beautifully by Imogen. Needless to say it tasted amazing too! Thank you Imogen!

Imogen has made cupcakes for me and my business on a couple of occasions and I have been lucky enough to try many of her cakes and they are always beautiful and delicious. This week I went to Sugar Buttons HQ to do a 'Bake and create your own festive gingerbread wreath' class. It was so much fun and I came away with a tasty edible wreath. Imogen's decorating is off the charts amazing and she gave me some great tips on how to adorn my wreath. I would highly recommend Imogen for cupcakes, cakes and classes, top notch!

We couldn't believe the end result and our guests loved it too. Sugar Buttons made a stunning four tier, semi naked cake for our wedding last weekend - and it was utterly delicious! Each tier was a different flavour, 'coffee and amaretto' being my favourite! We do not live locally, so rather than meeting with Imogen for a tasting, she posted us some cake samples. What a great parcel to receive in the post! The samples were carefully packaged and tasted yummy. Imogen was lovely to deal with throughout and delivered the stunning cake to our venue the morning of the wedding. After some searching around (silly groom had left it a little late..oops!) we were recommended to get in touch with Imogen. She got back to us quickly with an excellent price and invited my future wife & I round for a consultation. We discussed the design (colours, icing types, flowers etc.) and then tasted the samples...oh the delicious, delicious samples! Fast forward to our actual wedding day and people were fighting over who got the last few slices of the lemon tier! I took part in a fabulous cupcake decorating workshop run by Imogen last week. Wow, what a talented lady. Imogen explained everything so well! Imogen did a fantastic cake for our wedding! We had a great consultation (and tasting session), and Imogen not only created a new flavour for us which we asked for (rhubarb and salted caramel -which she didn’t hesitate to say she could do!), with one-layer gluten free (which most guests didn’t realise), she also turned our rather disparate and vague ideas into a cohesive, beautiful and very personal cake. It was so lovely, and really yummy! We had so many guests come up to us to tell us how delicious the cake was, and people were still taking some extra when they were leaving at midnight. It looked so elegant with just a little bit of subtle geeky fun for those who recognised it, and when it had the flowers round it, it was such a crowning glory to our room for our wedding breakfast. The staff at the venue said they had never seen a cake go so quickly before! 😊 Just to say thank you again to Imogen, and we’ve felt so lucky to get to have a completely yummy and beautiful cake from someone so talented and nice. 😊

Ordered the Universal Mixer Guard for my KitchenAid mixer having read poor reviews of the guard available from KitchenAid. Absolutely fantastic! No more icing sugar etc escaping and settling all over the place, having tried and failed at the tea towel method. Really easy to hand wash and dries quickly ready for the next use....we get through a lot of cakes in our house!! Great purchase!

Just writing to say thank you so much for creating such a great cake. We had a BBQ yesterday for close friends and family and after I brought the cake out I don’t think I’ve seen so many people gasp, take photos and say how fantastic and lifelike a cake was. Some friends are actually mistaking the cake for a real bag! Rachael was absolutely amazed by it and kept saying how stunning it was. In fact it is now sitting pride of place in the dining room as no one dare cut in to it.
