What’s better than a birthday cake?! Well, A cheesecake from @bigmikesfatkitchen certainly is!!! It was my mums 60th birthday a couple of weekends ago and we planned a surprise party for her! I originally had booked a cake in the design of 60 but unfortunately the caterer couldn’t do our party date change so I booked these two cheesecakes instead. My mum loves more fruity style desserts so I opted for the lemon cheesecake which I knew she would LOVE but also bought a Terry’s chocolate orange which I knew would go down a treat with the party guests. We’ve had a couple of cheesecakes from big mike so far and they have all been amazing. What I love about them is they have a thick digestive base which I personally think is the best bit as it’s always disappointing when you get no crunch with the smooth topping, most cheesecakes have very thin bases! All the toppings are creamy and full of flavour, they have loads of choices and are really well priced for what you get. He does not scrimp on portion sizes! They’re a bit of a trek over to Carlton from where we are but well worth the journey! A huge recommendation from us. 10/10 🤤

We finally got around to trying a selection of these cheesecakes yesterday…we were all like OMG and WOW. These guys have got their cheesecake recipes on point. I’ve eaten loads of cheesecakes and have to say these are ‘hands down’ definitely the best I’ve ever had. Well done to the Big Mikes team for all the hard work that’s gone into creating and maintaining a perfect product. We’ll definitely be back here for our cheesecakes and I recommend you don’t think twice…go and try a slice if not a selection of slices for yourselves…trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Had to try one of the new flavours of cheesecake whilst shopping on Carlton Hill today. I can honestly say the toffee apple is out of this world. So yummy. Love the little bits of apple within the creamy topping. Next on my list is the latte flavour 😋

Fantastic cheesecakes and cookies. Everything looked so appetising and yummy. Flavour of the cheesecake was amazing, creamy texture with the banana and toffee flavours throughout. If you’ve not been I cannot recommend enough!

Great for family events and Birthdays, I brought one for my girlfriends 21st (White Terry’s Chocolate Orange). They even made the effort of putting the age on the cake! Great Service. I would certainly recommend the Caramel Fredo, the family favourite.

I had my first cheesecake in March and I've been hooked ever since. Hands down the best cheesecake I've ever had, far better than any of the local cheesecake shops. I love that you can pre order entire cakes or go into store and pick and mix the slices to customise a cake. The staff are really friendly and do their best to help you. I tell everyone about Big Mike's and seriously encourage you to try them if you haven't already!

The best cheesecakes I’ve ever had! I’ve tried the Biscoff, Strawberry, Bueno, Malteaser, Lemon, Cookie Monster & the Easter Special Carrot. I can say they are all amazing flavours & I’ll keep on coming back for more. The pic & mix boxes are great for trying new flavours! I found it extremely easy to make an order, and the staff are really friendly & professional. Great value for money!

There is nowhere like Big Mikes around and I am so grateful that they are on my doorstep. Have tried multiple flavours and they never disappoint. Every staff member I have interacted with, whether that be via social media or face to face have provided the best service and care. It's always nice to see Big Mike himself too, lil local celeb. I visited here for the first time not long ago and picked three different flavour cheesecake slices and BOY they were AMAZING. I was stunned at the quality and the taste of them and I’m only sorry that I live so far away!! Haven’t had the pleasure of going back but I will be ringing to order a full cheesecake soon. I have seen a few people review poorly as they haven’t been able to buy a full cheesecake WITHOUT preordering. This place doesn’t churn out pre frozen cheesecakes like most places do, so people should pay attention when they state you require PRE ORDERING. Otherwise you will have to buy by the slice - rightly so! The prices are very fair also considering they are freshly made. Amazing staff work there too - super polite and helpful when I asked which cheesecakes are eggless!

Had a lot of cheesecake in my time but this was hands down thee best I've had! First tried Big Mike's Fat Kitchen when my friend had the Lotus Biscoff cheesecake for her birthday; it was so delicious I find myself daily just randomly thinking about how tasty it was. Love how you can do a pic 'n' mix of slices and every type I've had so far I've adored - the banoffee, the Daim, the mint Aero, all amazing. Excited to try more and more in the future. Super friendly team, great location and easy parking.

Lovely shop with bi fold doors that are open so let's the air in Friendly staff and Lovely cheesecakes. Got the 4 for £12 cream egg ,carrot cake and lemon flavours also tried the peppermint aero, strawberry and the crunching.
