Clemie's made our wedding cake and did a wonderful job. The consultation with Clemie was really helpful and she was so friendly and happy to talk through all our thoughts. The cake itself was gorgeous and absolutely delicious - so many guests commented that they'd had no idea it was all vegan. She also added extra gluten-free cupcakes to our initial order with no issues whatsoever. It kept well too, which was handy as we had a lot leftover! The extra was appreciated by friends and colleagues, and again many of them told me how delicious it was. Thank you so much, Clemie and team!

Clemie made the most incredible autumn themed cake for our daughters first birthday party. Communication was easy and she made discussing cake decoration plans a pleasure. The outcome was better than we possibly could have imagined, and on top of this, it was absolutely the most delicious cake I've ever had! Our guests were completely blown away. 11/10 beyond perfection. Cannot thank them enough.

Truly the best vegan cake we’ve ever had! We’ve been fans of hers for a while, purchasing her goods at local vegan markets, so were incredibly stoked that she was available to make our wedding cake! We had a delicious consultation, where we sampled many flavours of sponge and filling. We were given the freedom to customise the look and flavour as we saw fit; there was no limit but our imaginations! The personalisation of our ‘Beans’ logo was a lovely touch and really made it stand out as ‘our cake’. The cake was a massive hit with all of our guests, even non-vegans, with them commenting on just how delicious it was! Clemie was a joy to work with, making the whole process easy and stress-free. As a vegan you just cant do better than Clemie’s vegan cakes. She created the most beautiful wedding cake and cupcakes for us, bringing our vision to life. We had to have cake of four different flavours because they were all too good to choose between, and when people asked us what we were most excited about for our wedding day, “the cake!” was always our answer! All our non-vegan guests were blown away by the taste of her cakes, and we were VERY sad when it was all gone!

Amazing amazing amazing. Never ever disappointed with Clemie’s cakes, they taste and look incredible. Many friends and family that are not vegan love the cakes. Clemie's Vegan Cakes made our wedding cakes earlier this month. We went against tradition and asked for two bride caterpillar cakes and also some gluten free rainbow cupcakes, and we weren't disappointed! We had lots of compliments on the cakes. Not only were the cakes amazing but the team is so friendly and lovely too - thank you!

I ordered my 40th birthday cake from here and I was blown away. I created my own design and Clemie was able to capture what I wanted perfectly. I chose 2 different flavours with edible petals. She was so friendly and helpful in making the perfect cake for me and it was a great price too. The cake looked amazing and tasted delicious and was enjoyed by vegans and non vegans! Incredible Bakery! You would never know it is vegan and its great they always offer a variety of cakes and confection that is also gluten free. The occasion cakes they produce are out of this world and so reasonably priced. Whether vegan or not you should definitely consider them for any up coming special occasions with guests because then whatever the preferences and allergies you are covered and they truly are exceptional.

Clemie squeezed in making a cake for us for our rearranged civil partnership at late notice, despite being completely stacked with other work. The cake was absolutely amazing (both the design and flavour). Also Clemie was so nice to deal with. Highly recommended.

I have had the giant white chocolate and raspberry cookie stack made for my Mum's birthday and I am really pleased with how it looked, it was also bigger than I expected it to be! The lady who greeted me at the counter in the store was very friendly and welcoming when I came to collect my order. The staff at Clemies Vegan Cakes have great customer service, as when I emailed them before placing my order, I got a very quick response from them, and were extremely reassuring and was able to answer my questions. I would not hesitate in ordering something from Clemies again. This will be somewhere I would definitely go back to again. Also their products are great value for money. Couldn't recommend Clemies Vegan Cakes enough. Plus the cookie stack tasted AMAZING and my Mum loved it! Thankyou Clemies Vegan Cakes Xx🙂

My wife brought some cakes back for us yesterday, put a film on and took our first bite, we both just turned and looked at each other in amazement, they were incredible, all cakes perfect. We have eaten cake in many parts of the world and must say these are the best cakes we have ever had anywhere in the world. We sit here writing our review whilst finishing of the rest of our cakes with our coffee. I myself would only eat small amounts of cake whenever eating them, but for the first time I am actually eating the whole portion of cake. So happy to have such a great shop and cake maker locally, highly recommended and will spread the word. Well done, you have a bright future ahead of you..

Very small enterprise catering for vegans,offering cakes. Only open on Saturdays at the moment, or by appointment. On street parking close by. Portions sometimes a bit on the large side but nice.
