They made me a very lovely giant cookie cake:)! My partner was really surprised when she saw the cake. The staff are friendly and patient. I brought a cartoon picture that my partner is obsessed with and showed the staff, then they helped me draw the cartoon on the cake. It’s really cute! I would definitely recommend to you

Honestly all the staff are so amazing but I need to give a special thank you to Yasmin! She goes out of her way to ensure customers are happy and she went out of her way to make me a really special cookie. I was really impressed and thankful for everything that was done for me.

I get a giant cookie every year as part of my son's birthday. The service is excellent and the staff are really kind helpful and pleasant. I'll continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone. The cookie will last for roughly 4-5 days from day of pick up

This Nottingham Millie's cookies shop do my favourite biscuits and muffins and they can bake what you can order in the morning only and it takes hours to bake giant cookies one of my favourites is unicorn cookie and they do fresh biscuits cookies on stix's made with chocolate and chocolate chips and any special others one you can order online buy putting your writing and numbers of age and taste they do any special celebrations of any days and any questions please do ask and the reason why I'm giving this Nottingham Millie's cookies shop 9 out of 10 star's and 5 out of 5 star's and 10 out of 10 star's Excellent and brilliant and fantastic and Amazing cookie shop ever want to go here again with my parent Like my mum because I'm very vulnerable that's got to go with my parents only and this Last reviews is saying Excellent and brilliant and fantastic and Amazing and best services of ice creams or cookies and giant cookies I would order with my mum. And they do have cookies pie can only order in the mornings

Large cookies freshly baked. It takes about 30 minuets to cook and decorate a large double layered cookie. Friendly staff, you can watch them decorating the cookies if you want. Not very easy to get to as it is in a city centre shopping centre. They also do drinks and smaller cookies, you can buy over the counter.

A very good Millie’s Cookies! Nice and cosy with plenty of sweet treats!! Especially was a fan of the cookie cake!!!! However, star was lost because they offer no gluten free food! My poor friend is unable to eat there, it’s a shame! I hope they expand their menu to add more inclusive food!!!!!

Bought a giant vanilla filled milk chocolate double cookie for my brother's birthday with such ease. I called the store and they answered straight away, said I could order in store or over the phone. My receipt has the name 'Chelsea' on it so I assume it's Chelsea who served me and made the cookie. She was so polite and designed my brother's cookie with Winnie the Pooh (as I asked). She did a fantastic job, I was so surprised! Would totally recommend ordering from here. 15/05/19

I used to rate this 5 star. It USED to be the best iced cookie in the world. But now millies has got tight, and rationed the icing they put on their iced cookie slices. The covering was SO sparce, it was barely worth it. I asked staff for more icing, and was willing to pay extra to have the cookies with the amount of icing I liked, but staff were 'not allowed', and said icing was measured!! And they were quite unhelpful and unfriendly. Note that although you get less icing than before, the price has not got less! Complete rip off as they are not cheap. It was not anywhere near sweet enough for my liking, and I ended up throwing my boring, icingless cookie away. Put MORE icing on them!!! Or let people have the option to pay for extra toppings! Otherwise I WONT buy here again.

What can I say, Millie's Cookies are the best, my favorite is the cookie shakes, while they are a bit expensive you pay for what you get, i would recommend Millie's any day.
