M. E.Just happened to park next to this lovely bakery. Unfortunately they didn't have bubble tea when we were there, but they definitely have some lovely desserts. Gulab Jamun is always my favourite and they make a lovely one. Tried the filled version and enjoyed that too. Employees also recommended their favourites, including a Ladu which I haven't tried previously but is now on my must have list too.

Gone ..however the reason why only 3 stars ..is lost one star for staff friendliness which wasn't there and lost another star for being too pricey... But zero complaints about their goods...just improve on stated points and soon will be a massive 5stars ⭐

k. r.Usually known for Asian sweets, cakes and savoury and particularly for their beautiful packs. Usually their asian sweets has good range but this one is small shop, so they maintain less range with less quantities. They take cake orders of different shapes and sizes to choose from. They also sell fresh veg/chicken/meat samosas.There is also road side parking slots available in front of the store.
N. U.It was easy to order a cake even though it was on short notice. Good customer service. I was shown pictures of cakes to choose from. The environment and inside the shop was neat and they've got a parking space in front.

k. r.Amazing food, and a calm atmosphere. All the staff are extreamly friendly, easily having long lasting conversations when eating in. The cakes and other foods are well made and delicious to have, myself having nearly tried everything now. Its also a great place for students, with free wifi when eating in and 10% student discount! I highly reccomend!

I. H.If you've got a sweet tooth I think you will like it, I've brought birthday cakes from here and they have turned out nice. I've tried the hot food here and it was not to my taste.
I. J.The traditional sub continental sweets are sold here. Unfortunately they are not prepared here, only brought from their Leicester shop. There are few sweets like Jalebi which taste good when they have been freshly fried. The sweets are ok, nothing special.

What I like most about Nafees is their customer service. The guy in the glasses is very well spoken top lad, forgot to ask his name but great service
S. ..A great range of sweets and savories. The cakes are often stale, and the Samoa's, pasties etc tend to be burnt, and taste burnt too. Evidently, they're in a rush to fry and display, in which case the oil is too hot. Instead of a crisp golden brown (how Samoa's are meant to look) they're a dry deep brown and have a burnt after taste.
The chaat (chick peas salad in a sauce) is prepacked and contains hardly any chickpeas/or ingredients that make a chaat what it is, but the content is mainly sauce. Disappointing because the poster inside is stating fresh chaat with Samoa, but instead you get prepacked rubbish, and burnt savories.
The sweets taste stale, as do the cakes. When asked if fresh, the staff mislead customers to believe so, until you get home and taste them only to find they're not.
