O. G.Loved it. Brilliant atmosphere, cakes, bread, pastries and coffee. Plenty of space to sit outside, although slightly less seating indoors. Also sold Tap Social beer and Missing Bean coffee beans plus various coffee making equipment. Very pleased to see this in the area
B. K.Very friendly and welcoming staff and atmosphere. Offering wonderfully scrumptious vegan cakes baked on premises ( while you watch) , along with gorgeous fresh coffees , teas and lovely selection of cold drinks . An enterprising , socially aware not-for-profit organisation . Bravo!!
E. M.Friendly atmosphere, lovely venue - I really like that you can see the bakers working. And the food is amazing - croissants and pain au chocolate the best we’ve had outside of France. But the almond croissant is the real star of the show! Crispy, light, not sickly sweet. Probably the nicest pastry I’ve ever had. The sourdough bread was also brilliant. Looking forward to them getting the seating sorted so you can eat in as well as takeaway. But for now it’s lovely to get takeaway and take a stroll down to Sanford lock.
L. B.Really good coffee, which is actually rare in the UK as everybody else seems to think they must burn it. Very good choice of alternative milks. Delicious GF brownie and hoping to see more GF baked goods, especially bread as they grow 🤞 Excellent place, very much needed in South Oxford!
