Cakes by Carol is absolutely amazing! She made our cake dreams come true for our wedding and the flavours were better than we could ever imagine. Everyone at our wedding was complimenting on how beautiful our cake looked and also how it was the best cake they have ever tasted! Carol is such a lovely lady and helped us find the design for our amazing wedding cake. Everybody at our wedding spoke on how beautiful and elegant the cake was. The cake topper really did top the cake with the realistic figures of myself, husband and our son. Carol really did out do herself and we truly loved it.

Carol was amazing!! She made our cake exactly how we wanted it and eveyone commented on how incredible it looked. I loved the build up to our wedding and doing cake tasting it was such a lovely personal touch. As for the wedding cake flavours, our guests loved it!!! Couldn’t recommend enough, our cake was absolutely beautiful and just what we wanted! We went for a stone effect square 3 tier cake. Flavours consisted of lemon, cherry bakewell & white chocolate and raspberry. All the other samples we tried were great too! Lots to choose from! All our guests commented on the style being so unique and different which we loved! Just amazing thank you so much!

I have bought from Cakes by Carol on several occasions and the customer service has always been excellent. Great communication and quick delivery and Carol herself is so helpful. I use the Sharp Edge Smoother almost daily in my professional cakemaking business and it has dramatically cut down the amount of time it takes to achieve a flawless finish with super sharp edges. I bought a Sharp Edge Smoother from Carol. It is a well made and heavy duty smoother. I have to say it has taken my cakes to the next level. The finish you can achieve with ease due to it's 90o angle and transparency is amazing. I used to get a funny lip on the top edge of my cakes or it curved in a bit, none of that anymore! This smoother is great for beginner to competition level. Thank you Carol xx

Cakes by Carol …. What can I say! Carol designed our wedding cake perfectly, just how we imagined it to be. The dark Navy matched perfectly with our colour theme and the detailed rose was perfect along with our heart shaped topper. We wanted simple but elegant and that’s exactly what Carol designed for us. We had three different flavours, from passion fruit to salted caramel to biscoff and they were amazing! Our guests loved them all. If your looking for a wedding cake then Carol is your lady! 5*

Amazing delicious cakes evertime! It is crazy to think how much time and effort Carol puts into each and every cake. ❤ Every single cake is a master piece! My shoe birthday cake was perfect and matched my heels exactly! Carol also made my mums wedding cake specifically personalised to them including the smallest details of the print on their flipflops. They still have all the small decoration pieces of icing framed in their lounge. Thank you!!! I would 100% never get a cake from anyone else.
