Fantastic staff, very chatty and funny! I grabbed a sausage roll before my first flight ever and their feiendly and funny staff put me at ease. 100% recommended!

It was very busy here today, the sausage rolls were lovely and hot and the coffee was good, even a table and chairs to sit and enjoy! The queue was fast moving, very efficient.

Good selection of food, busy place. Happy to say there's a few Vegan options now. Affordable food . What else can I say ? It's Gregg's cheap and cheerful. Don't break the Bank when you want a pie and a cuppa!

The food here is good and employees are usually very polite I went here today and I knew what I wanted when I was talking to an employee she was rather rude and made me feel very rushed that I ended up not getting everything I wanted and got annoyed when I was taking too long to get my money out of my purse don't think i would go back to that store but would rather go to the outside store in queensgate instead. I was rather upset with the way I had been treated but despite that the food is delicious and the hot drinks are rather cheap but really good.

Nice food, alternative vegan/vegetarian options, cheap, good drinks, and service was quick and friendly. Only downside was the area to get milk and sugar wasn't very clean, but they were rather busy so I'll give it to them. I used to be weary as friends would share bad experiences, but honestly I would go again, great place.

For a very reasonable lunch Greggs is the place to eat. Their mocha is the best in my opinion. There is some seating but it is a very busy place. The queue's are quickly dealt with.
