Jan was the answer to a dream - I struggled to find a wedding cake designer who knew how to do a traditional wedding cake with royal icing and a sugar posie on top. When i contacted Jan, she said this was one of her favorite styles and that not many brides request it in favor of more modern techniques. Not only did the cake live up to the vision I had, but it also tasted divine! Jan even prepared a take away cake for us that was just as wonderful. Jan has excellent service, a hand rendered sketch (worthy of framing) of designs to choose from, excellent presentation materials and she was such a joy to work with on the journey to the big day!

If you need any cake made then Jan is the lady for you! I’ve had many cakes made by her over the years and have always been impressed. She made our wedding cake a couple of weeks ago and a birthday cake for our son also, they were incredible. All decorations were hand made and the flowers on our wedding cake looked so real, I didn’t want to eat them! Would never go anywhere else xx

We planned our wedding rather last minute! Jan very kindly found time to make our wedding cake. We planned a tiny wedding and so we ordered a very lovely single-tier cake. Small and perfectly made, and just what we wanted! Jan liased with our florist to make sure the flowers on the cake exactly matched our other floral decorations. The cake was beautifully displayed and tasted delicious. We all enjoyed it on the day, and my husband and I had enough to take home! Thanks, Jan, for a superb job. I highly recommend! 🙂

I bought these as an anniversary gift for my wife because Jan made our wedding cake last year. She also ensured the package arrived on time on the weekend of The Queens parting - considering none of my parcels arrived during that time, it’s nothing short of a miracle how these got through. I ordered a celebration cake to help celebrate mine and my sisters 60th birthday. I chose a design that Jan had done before, Trinket Box We chose lemon sponge with lemon curd and French meringue filling. When I saw the cake, beautifully packaged it took my breath away. The cake travelled down to Shropshire, in my car, perfectly safe. Everyone thought it was stunning and when we got to taste it we were blown away.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jan, her cakes and her collaborative approach. When I started looking for a cake maker for our wedding this year I was over the moon to find the Cake Celebrations website and really enjoyed looking at all her wonderful cakes. From the very beginning she has been so lovely to work with. I found an image reference which I thought would be nice recreate but when we saw the actual cake on our wedding day we were completely blown away. It was even better than the pinterest reference with edible golf leaf and pastel roses all over. Truly beautiful and tasted divine. Jan's cake sample box was also fantastic and really helped us narrow down the flavours we wanted for each tier, we even had a gluten free tier which was no issue at all for her. Thank you again Jan for making such a work of art!

What do you buy for your father-in-law's 80th birthday when he has everything he wants and when another jumper or shirt just won't cut it? Well in Lockdown I had the epiphany moment to give both he and my mother-in-law something different, a 'delicious experience', something that could be taken time over and enjoyed with a pot of tea. I ordered the sample taster Xmas box of cakes as the birthday was mid December and it was a massive hit, they couldn't thank me enough.
