Lovely staff . The butter pies are the best I've ever had I bought a Rees bouquet for my daughter's birthday and she loved it. I REALLY recommend this shop . The fruit pies are excellent too

Absolutely fantastic bakery. I think they make the best butter pies in the area and my 4yr old & 8yr old said the sausage rolls & pork pies were amazing. They also loved the Halloween competition, thanks Jackie.

You can't beat them for quality we wouldn't go anywhere else and my family has been going to them since the 70's at least but today my partner went in and 1 customer wasn't wearing a mask but the staff weren't wearing them either not good should be wearing them but will still be a loyal customer but please wear masks😊

Excellent warm welcoming friendly staff. Recommend the Steak and the Cheese & Onion Pies, with nice thin pastry. Egg custards and the mixed fruit with cherries Flapjack. One of the nicest flapjacks I've ever tasted.

Good pies & selection of sandwiches. Peas & Gravy could do to be packed separately- as they go everywhere in the tray provided - you definitely need a plastic bag - if you don't want your Car Seat stained!

Although I'm biased as I had these pies growing up as a child, these home made on the premises pies, cakes and breads are far and away the most delicious pies in Lancashire, nay, the world. The pies are full of filling and the cakes overflowing with cream.

Fantastic little shop, amazing pies a proper old school taste of real Lancashire bakery all homemade. Staff are lovely and don't forget the selection of cakes and tarts, amazing !!!!

Thing is, you never know when they're open. They seem to close at will with no advance warning. Not good causing customers to make unnecessary journeys.
