I had an excellent experience buying a cake yesterday (3rd February), the staff (Indian origin - sorry didn't ask her name) on the till provided excellent service and recommended a great cake option based on my inputs. Its great to see customer oriented staff like her. My family enjoyed the cake. Thanks to staff and management to keep them motivated in this challenging times, God Bless her. Well Done!!!

Service: They can turn around cakes same day depending on size and so long as you have the email confirmation or the number jotted down, they will have the cake ready for you at the appointed time or delivered. Really friendly service and offer advice and help when asked for it. The Cakes: absolutely delicious, had the chocolate base and have tried the red velvet base before. The sizing chart is on the conservative side but depending on your sugar tolerences you should have a little left over in the fridge. Variety : many shapes, sizes and the option of customisation in a clear, concise website Overall: a wonderful setup with wonderful staff and a real gem of a cake shop

A Delightful Treat for the Loved Ones The Cakebox Cake redefined the way of standard icing cake to cool pastrie cake with fresh cream. I have been vising Cakebox for every occation, Birthday, Anniversary, etc since couple of years and they never let me down. On my recent Visit to Cakebox at Workingham Road brach on a special request, "Leena" who works there, they had prepared my cake well before the agreed delivery time with same taste and quality. I thank Leema for many times as she came out of the box for a customer and spent more time to deliver the order before its agreed delivery time. Have been looking for a cake for my mothers 60th birthday I wanted to get a fresh cake rather than something artificial and supermarket bought. Luckily I was told about the Cakebox on Wokingham Road, they really went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything and I can safely say that not only did the Cake look absolutely stunning but if possible it tasted even better...and completely Eggfree!!!! As always egg free cake box delivers one of the best cakes, the service is awesome and staff is well friendly and helps you with your needs. You can get ready made cakes from the shop and write personalized message on it while you wait which is such a nice thing to have. Or you can call them and order a cake which you can collect in an hour or so. I would recommend anyone to try their cakes , it not expensive when you think about buying a cake that is made specifically for you. for any occasion they have a cake for you and it's our 6 th time getting cake from.cakebox everytime they made sure they kept their top standards.
