I cannot recommend Mel enough. Mel made my dream wedding cake - accommodating both my gluten and dairy allergens. The cake looked beautiful and tasted delicious too!! Mel helped advise on sizing and was really flexible with delivery on the day. The list of flavours we could choose from was extensive. I have been lucky enough to have many of Mel's cupcakes, both for me and friends, and at local suppliers. Her baking is always superb!

I ordered a batch of vegan cupcakes for a 21st birthday. Mel is so responsive and is dedicated to designing exactly what you want. The flavours available to choose from are amazing!!!! The bespoke design is so special. The cupcakes looked beautiful AND taste incredibly good too. Moist and flavourful, really damn good. Delicious delicious delicious!

Mel was absolutely amazing. Her communication was prompt and efficient but the cake????? The cake was undoubtedly the most delicious vegan friendly cake we had. It was soooo good!!!!!!!!

I found Mel on Google Maps and she has now created 3 beautiful creations for me! Her gluten free cupcakes are delicious and for my birthday I was treated to a Black Forest Gateau flavoured cake which went down well with my friends who were celebrating with me. Beautiful cakes which are incredibly yummy and not a dry sponge in sight. DELICIOUS!! Thank you Mel!

Wonderful cake and would highly recommend! I spoke to La Petite Bouche Bakery on what kind of cake I wanted and how I wanted it to look; they were really quick with response, super friendly, and made a special cake. We're not vegan but we ordered the vegan cake because it's simply delicious! Wonderful service and communication, along they provided guidance on the best way to store and freeze some cake. I would definitely be ordering another cake from them again and continue to buy their cupcakes from the local cafe Fidget & Bob. :) Overall 10/10, you would not be disappointed! 🤗

I ordered a Bluey cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Mel was so kind and helpful and came up with the most fun and beautiful design. The cake looked absolutely amazing and my daughter LOVED it. And it honestly tasted SO good. I highly recommend. Mel is super lovely and super talented.

Simply the most delicious cake and so beautifully decorated. Being a wedding and party planner I’m perhaps sometimes harder to please but I can’t thank Mel enough for the most perfect christening cake. There was one slice left at the end…and nobody could believe it was vegan! My daughter can’t have dairy and it was such a joy to see her tuck in and ask for a second portion - one ecstatic toddler!

Cannot rate the bakes from this little beauty highly enough. I was lucky to attend an event recently and sample a divine lemon and orange cake with blueberry jam, some incredibly moreish flapjacks, amazing carrot cupcakes and some other beautifully selected products. Not only was it a taste sensation, but they looked absolutely stunning too. Try them for sure - you won’t be disappointed and I guarantee you’ll be back. This vegan bakery is amazing. A friend gifted us a box of Mel's tiffin the first time, and while we were eating it I kept checking and re-checking the label that said 'plant-based' because I couldn't believe it could be vegan. Since then I've ordered several different types of brownies through the post, and sent them to other friends too - vegan or not vegan, everyone has loved them. There are gluten-free options available too, which can be hard to find with vegan baking. Now Mel has started making brownie balls with molten centres (give them a few seconds in the microwave), and honestly at this point every other brownie can just go home! I'll be ordering the Biscoff ones way, way more than is good for me. For every order Mel has been so thoughtful and responsive, checking in if there are any extra details to consider. Brilliant.
