H.First time customer here, but this place has all my respect, and I can only recommend them. Ordered a birthday cake for my wife with cats and monkeys theme and she loved it. The only issue I had with the place is the entrance isn't really buggy-friendly, but I could manage that. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the interiors are clean and tidy and the cake tasted like piece of heaven.

M. A.I Ordered a chocklat cake at 10:30 am and they made me a beautiful choco cake which was ready for pick up between 11-2pm! It was really beautiful cake, quick and wonderful service!

B. B.I cannot believe I have been buying cakes for my Daughters Birthday since she was 4 from Crafty Cakes as well as other office Birthdays and nice event cakes from these lovely ladies.....time flies....and now I feel very old.
I recall my Daughters Happy 6 year old Birthday cake with marzipan models of all of her Football team on the top of a pitch (I gave the guys photos and they made them to look like the team), then a makeup case with all sorts of bits in it which was fab, trendy and not (what kids say these days is "OMG Mum"). Little one is not so little as she is 16 on the 14th of Oct and I have no idea what cake to ask this fabulous team of bakers to make but I am sure they will nail it as they have for my Daughter for so many years.

L.Nice cake and decoration but didn't like the Christmas trees on my daughters birthday cake, that was strange. Also one lady is really friendly, the other a little rude. When I called to order, she mentioned they closed at 1, so I said I'd call back another day, she said it wasn't a problem so wondered why mention it at all? Then was told to collect the cake by 1, arrived ten minutes before deadline and she mentioned they closed at 1 again. Was just rude really when you're spending that much.
K. C.The ladies there are lovely and the cakes taste amazing. Such soft sponge and nice and moist. Sadly, I do think the design is really lacking and compared to other local cake makers, the designs just aren’t strong enough for the money you pay.
Some things don’t look like what they’re meant to be (characters for example) and they could really do with updating their design skills just to keep up with the competition. If they can do that then they’ll be perfect!
S. W.I needed a Christening cake at short notice, I knew exactly what I wanted and it was the perfect. The sponge itself was light, soft and fluffy and the icing, flowers and the butterfly decorations were spot on. Very impressed and can not thank the ladies enough. Can definitely recommend.
