Yummy, and fresh selection of cakes, served by friendly staff! The cream tastes fuller, and sponge melts in your mouth... I certainly prefer these cakes to others! My go to birthday cake shop in Southampton! :D

The perfect cake for any occasion. Discovered this fantastic shop this year and have bought four birthday cakes from them to date. The sponge is so light it melts in your mouth, the fresh cream and fruit enhances it further. It's not overly sweet either. The proprietor/s, baker are friendly and professional. Absolutely delicious fresh cakes, ample of choice to choose from , my friends love it as well. I don't think I will ever go to any other shop now. Only issue is price is a difference in Cake box Southampton and Cake box London. Still I will go for Cake box because of quality, taste and punctuality

I am very pleased with the cake box shop opened at Southampton. As I dont eat eggs, it was a welcome relief to see the shop being opened here to enjoy the egg free sponge cakes. I have never been disappointed by the staff. On one occasion, the staff actually waited for me to pick up my order even after the closing time. Have already recommended them to all my friends :)

Very good for the price. Wouldn`t mind if the sponge was made with eggs. I like the cakes are not overly sweet, and the selection is good. Not as tasty and freshly made on the premises as French Boulangerie used to do hence 4 stars. Still better than cakes in caffees and restaurants in So`ton.

Would be good if this Cake shop made dairy free as well as egg free cakes, I believe there more demand for sweet treats without these ingredients, also these are potential allergens which alot of people are allergic too. Please consider going dairy free Egg free cake box.
