Nice fellas behind the counter - very helpful. Good selection of treats available, and they're selling bubble tea now! Not just sweet treats on offer - they've got quality savoury goods. Especially the fresh vegetable samosas and pakora, and some stuff in massive packs in the fridge and freezer. The bubble tea is the fruity kind, rather than the milky / tapioca. But hey! Beggars can't be choosers.

Very good selection of savoury items like samosas, patties, etc. with authentic 'desi'-ish taste. The sweets, too, are nice and quite a wide range available. The Rasmalai is awesome and be must try that, and even better if taken away to be enjoyed at home. It's also one of the very few places that have Indian-style pastries (not the English/British style ones with thick fondant icing - they look nice but aren't that well to taste). Cakes are as good as the pastries, and prices are not too steep either. Various 'nankhatai'-esque items like peanut/pistachio/cashew/almond butter biscuits etc, plus paani poori puffs and Imli paani etc. add to the good range of snack items one usually craves for. It's a one-stop-shop for many items and being near Stoke railway station is a convenient option too, for those traveling via train to Stoke.

Excellent place to buy Asian sweets in Stoke. Staff are friendly and helpful. Was not busy, might be due to visited on a Sunday. sweets seems to be in good quality. Highly Recommended.

Great place, good selection of local pakistani sweets, cakes and savoury food snacks. Only downside is the lack of staff as it gets very busy. Slightly overpriced aswell

Love the samosa chaat from here and I always buy the sweets for special occasions, otherwise not too keen on their biscuit variety and the pastries/cakes are a bit on the dry side. The fresh cream cake ones I mean, the cake should be more moist, doesn't ways taste fresh. Limited stock lately, would only go back again for the basics which in my case is the 2 things, sweet or samosa chaat.

Always great and kept to good, clean standards. Nice variety. My favourite is samosa chaat and they are generous with their chickpeas. I'm always a returning customer. I'll recommend to all my friends and family. Please do visit and try their samosa chaat with Kashmiri Pink Chai. 😋😋

Sent my son in to buy a certain rusk. He came out with the wrong ones. I sent him back in literally 20 seconds later. They would not exchange or do a refund. Very poor customer service. Sweets and food sold are really good.

Most of the milk based sweets taste the same only difference you will find is the color and name. Over all you will find good variety of sweets and biscuits.Cakes are also good.

Amazing variety of sweet treats and savouries, however prices change depending on who's serving. What was £5 one day might cost you £8 the day after and then back again. If you don't mind that so much, you'll love the shop, but bear it in mind if you're on a budget to avoid disappointment.

Nafees in Shelton is in a good location, being a new shop looks great in and out and well maintained. There are different varieties of bakery items and sweets, pricing not too bad but not the greatest taste. Few taste good while some are so so. Not to blame but not many options to choose as there is only one other sweet shop in this area. I would personally rate it as 3.5 stars

Food is good quality, been many times. Meat samosas are lovely, the fresh cakes are delicious and the paninis are very nice. The Mathai is good however brought some cherry barfi and unfortunately there was no cherry’s in. They should serve more nut free selections. They should always provide nutritional information if required. However, last couple of times been going, I’ve been paying with card and when the cards been processed they took the machine away. Then took ages handing the card back to me, is a bit concerning. Asked where my card was and still didn’t it back until ages after. Also asked for a panini and they got the ingredients all mixed up. However other than that it’s a alright service. A few improvements but on the whole would recommend.

Nafees Bakers stoke on trent serves delicious samosas, pakoras and lots of other savoury snacks. Their fresh cream cakes are really fresh and very tasty. Great News: Nafees Bakers have started freshly made Halwa Poori, every day till 3pm. Its very tasty and is a good size portion. Staff is very polite and accommodating. I would high recommend this place for good quality delicious savouries and deserts.

Staff very friendly, helpful, we bought some mago firni last week but one pack was out of date. Today I bought cakes and other things and mentioned about that firni pack to one of the staffs. He immediately offered me a fresh pack of mango firni with a smile on his face. This is something putting the customers first. Thank you so much. Though I didn't have that firni with me today as I was travelling somewhere else but he believed me. I said to him that I still had got that in my fridge as I intended to bring it to the shop sometime. I was a bit hesitant but he said I believe you.
