Fay made my daughter the most gorgeous and yummy mermaid cupcakes which just looked absolutely incredible. They were the most beautiful cupcakes we had ever seen and tasted amazing too! We had vanilla flavour and strawberry milkshake flavour with vanilla icing. My daughter couldn’t get enough and devoured 3 at once. They were too pretty to eat but alas we couldn’t help ourselves. The fact that Fay can safely guarantee gluten-free cupcakes was just the icing on top as my daughter can’t tolerate gluten. Fay is so wonderful and you can taste and see that baking is her true passion and gift. I can’t wait to order more on the future!

I’ve had the delight of sampling Fay’s Fairy Cakes on numerous occasions when we’ve had a box delivered to our office or whilst sneaking a sample at a wedding show (which I was working), and I have to say they are A-mazing! Melt in the mouth, light, fluffy and beautifully presented too! Anyone lucky enough to eat Fay’s fairy cakes is in for a treat!

The welsh cakes arrived in a tight sealed tin that held 7 of them, all covered in a good amount of sugar. The tin was placed in a beautifully thought through package which kept them safe. They tasted delicious and each one was really filling. Would definitely order some more again. Thank you
