Went with my daughter and grandson to buy uniform,the ladies were brilliant especially when my grandson went missing but was found safe hiding in shop. All uniform purchased.

Moaning staff member who was more interested in her stomach rather than listening to her customer. Glad the girl that replaced her was far more cheery. Replaced items quickly after they had dispatched wrong items to us. Paid for postage and still had to go in to store to get the right uniform.

Staff are great however the prices are so high. I hate this time of year where uniform costs me nearly £350 for 2 kids but more I feel for the parents who have no choice but to come here. Law needs changing quick to help these families out.

Ordered a tie and blouses. The next day I got a call from a very helpful lady asking me if I had meant to order blouses that don't button to the top because she had noticed there was also a tie in my order. Obviously I had ordered the wrong product, but it was no trouble, she simply swapped the product and they turned up the next day. I'm so grateful that she called me. Outstanding service, thank you.

Providers of Weatherhead uniform (Wirral). A long way to go to sort uniform out, so we used the online shop. The quality of the uniform is excellent, but our biggest issue is returns charges. We, clearly, ordered a certain size and then they sent a size that my child will not ever grow in to (it was that large). We told the company this and they agreed it was wrong. We have to pay for the return. Why? We paid for the wrong item to be sent to us and now we have to send it back, to our cost?? This is unacceptable in this day and age. It is clearly the company’s mistake and we should not lose out due to this. I had thought of using them for our school’s uniform sales, but that is something that I wouldn’t tolerate for our parents/carers. The whole online process has to work from sales to a return.

Picked up new uniform for our granddaughter as she's starting secondary school. All uniform and sports wear required for most schools in Telford. Good quality, logo'd and non logo'd apparel available.

The only place we can go for school uniform so they have a captive market. Would help if the staff were better able to judge a person's size so that we had the right size uniform, especially since it can't be tried on as and this is their speciality. I now have massive trousers for my daughter that she's unlikely to ever grow into. I think I'm going to be wearing them to the office. Who knows what she's going to wear to school.

Everything you need in school uniforms that have to have school logo on, however trousers, skirts, shirts without logo are quite expensive especially the shirts & blouses, can get much cheaper in supermarkets for same quality

Not well set out was told to go to next door to exchange but when l got there l was then directed to the back of the shop. Being disabled this trip turned into a nightmare. When l reached the back of the shop there was just a table no seating or cover from the extreme heat. I know these are difficult times but needs clear instructions and seating whilst you wait.

Nice and polite, the staff literally size up the kids uniforms for you, happy with my experience

Had to buy 2 sets of full school unifrom with my daughters school logo because she was changing school so i didnt have time to wait for delivery from tesco. A few weeks ago i purchased another cardigan from tesco with the same logo. The quality of the baker and sons uniform far out done the tesco equivelant. I will always be buying school uniforms from this shop in the future. So if you want to save a few extra quid and get cardigans made out of paper with no pockets on the front and the buttons sowed on terribly and twice as hard to iron go to tesco. Or spend 3 quid extra at baker and son for a thick cardigan, buttons secured properly, pockets on the front and easier to iron id suggest going to baker and son.

Cannot praise the young lad today who rushed around to see what you had in stock. I was very stressed at the time and was really worried about getting the uniform on time for my daughter however the young lad made it a breeze and I got everything I needed. Thank you!

Helpful staff and usually have a good amount of stock... would advise to visit during a school day if possible as it gets very busy during school holidays.
