Always buy cakes from the them. We like the taste and the way you can customise the cake. You can even have cake with your own photo on it. Staff is nice, if you pop in to the shop you can have coffee with waffles and all goodies. Thanks

I've have ordered two cakes from them 1 birthday and an anniversary. Both were excellent. They made them how I wanted and the price was fair. They also have cakes you can buy on walk in. Car park round the corner ten out of ten for quality and service

I am rating Cakebox in Telford 5* I am so very happy with the service I receive here every time I come. I get greeted with a smile and full of energy from the staff especially the lady who is there mostly I’m not aware of her name but she wears glasses......She is always full of knowledge && jokes, positivity, and much more, she is why I come there and so do my family I always leave with a smile feeling great about myself as we always have a chat whilst I’m choosing the slices, she sells them so beautifully that you can’t leave without buying something from there!!! Love the cakes and I hope this continues. Thanks Cakebox for such amazing cakes and keeping fantastic staff!!!!! :)

Egg free cakes - who knew. Cakes are extremely light (in a good way) absolutely delicious. They can be tailored to you needs and knocked up in a few minutes. If you have an important event then i recommend getting a cake from them.
