Absolutely great service and extremely helpful, I have never done a 3 tier wedding cake before and it was my first time using rich fruit. I only encountered one problem and when I asked for advice they went that extra mile to make sure I got it right. It is also great to be able to walk around and look at what you are getting instead of web browsing. Thank you

They always go above and beyond to quickly get hold of the things I need that are out of stock, generally within the same week. The ladies here are all incredibly helpful and always provide exceptional customer service. After having issues with the delivery company, Olivia (i think) really saved my day by going to shop and delivering my order in person as I had no car to get anywhere. I've never used a box cake mix before but can honestly say I'll definitely use this again. I only wanted a 2 layer 6 inch round sponge so made a very deep cake and got 7 beautifully domed cupcakes from a 1 kg box. They tuned out so lovely, can't recommend enough 👍

I was skeptical about pre-made cakes by post...but I ran out of time to bake one, before decorating. So pleased, as it was delicious! I missed the days fresh bake time, but they had 2 frozen cakes sent for next day, which didn’t compromise the taste! I gave the off-cuts to the plumbers I had in who said it was the best cake they’d ever eaten. Perfect service, thank you! Will use again!

Order sponge cakes to decorate for wedding the cakes 12inch vanilla 10inch chocolate 8inch toffee they were all moist delicious didn't use chocolate kept it separate, ordered over the phone spoke to a lovely who was very helpful as to when to receive them.would recommend to anyone to use this site.

I wanted to say a massive thankyou Mandy - WHAT A GEM!!!! she was soooooooo helpful and really saved my bacon and arranged for my order I was trying to do online to be swooped up from the shop floor and sent tomorrow to my home for delivery Friday. had I have done it online it would have been Tuesday and I would have had a very sad Dad with no birthday cake on sunday. So on Saturday (29/09/2018) we had a major emergency! My friend (whose wedding day it was) phoned me panicking because she was let down with a cupcake and wedding cake stand from another company. After me rushing to Windsor Cake Craft and searching for one, i asked a lovely lady that worked there for her help! This Lovely lady saved the day!!! Even though they didn’t have any in the shop, she showed me how to make my own.... it looked brill and the bride was made up. Customer service is second to none! I will be telling everybody about this place. Thank You Sooooo Much :)
