This is one of the best shop in watford with unbelievable delicious cake and best customer service. I did buy cake for my son's first birthday and it's was excellent. Great place to get a cake. I got 3 large cakes ordered for my daughters Aqeeqah party and nearly forgot to pic them up on the Saturday with everything going on. Jaipa who works in the Watford branch was fantastic enough to call me before the store was due to close and even waited for me after the store was closed as I was stuck in traffic. Without her waiting for me I would have had a 100 guests with no cakes. Special thanks to Jaipa for the outstanding customer service. A great employee........ We were delighted by the cakes from Cake Box. Being NHS we are currently not allowed to share food, so someone bought a decorated sponge cake for our retiree to take home, and several individual pieces of cake in cardboard packaging - vanilla and chocolate- for the farewell party. Certainly the vanilla cake I ate was deliciously fresh, and the main cake was so beautifully decorated, it was lovely. Well done the Cake Box!
