Brownies: Ordered a box of 6 for my friend and her family in London. My friend loved the brownies! So, the brownies get 5 star from me :) One suggestion: Please add the Sender's name to the notecard and on the package. I didn't know that it won't be added automatically. My friend had to figure out who the box was from as the Sender's name was not mentioned on the box or the note card. Courier company issues: The order was delayed by a day (courier company changed the delivery date without informing the BB team). It was an Eid gift so timing was important. The BB team were very quick to respond to my queries and helped resolve the issues. Second issue, the courier company delivery person left the box near the trash bin (very unhygienic place to leave a box of food items)! Also they did not leave a note about where the box was kept. My friend accidently found it on her way in! So, the courier company gets 2 stars from me (if I am being generous).

The vegan brownies were absolutely delicious, but unfortunately they didn’t last very long. We’ve previously found other vegan brownies to be quite flat and dry but the Bear’s Brownies were spongy, full of flavour and absolutely mouthwatering. They arrived promptly and all nicely packaged so made a perfect gift. The only downside is that we didn’t order enough but will most definitely be back for more very soon

First time buying from here. I managed to book the brownies with a delivery date a month later than I had intended, stupidly. The team were lovely and moved the delivery forward without hesitation and even delivered them on a Sunday! Really impressive customer service and the brownies were delivered in excellent condition. They were a gift so I didn’t get to taste them, but I was told they were absolutely delicious and really helped the recipient’s hangover. Ten out of ten! Would happily order these brownies again.

I ordered a box 24 brownies on the recommendation of a coworker and I'm so glad I did! I wanted to try as many flavours as possible, and none disappointed. My favourites were the Jammie Dodger Blondie and the Chocolate Fudge Brownie. I was able to make them last quite a while, and despite the size, they were very filling. Will 100% order from them again!

Beautiful delicious brownies, and fantastic customer service, could not recommend highly enough! I received a box as a gift in the past, and enjoyed it so much that I stole that idea and sent a box to a friend for their birthday. Unfortunately Fedex lost that first box, but one very friendly and helpful call to Bear's Brownies later, they were able to arrange for a replacement to be sent via DPD instead to ensure it arrived ok. Awesome product and amazing customer service. I ordered a box of vegan brownies for my dad's birthday. They were dispatched on the Friday and didn't arrive until the Monday and I was really gutted that he reported back that whilst the presentation was great, they were a bit dry. Bear's Brownies asked for feedback so I was fairly honest - noting that it was probably been due to the delay between dispatch and delivery. They were really quick to respond, super apologetic, noted the feedback to take the comments on-board and then sent him another box! Amazing customer service. These arrived the day after dispatch and I can report, my Dad thought they were incredible brownies! I have heard from the recipient of the brownies that they were very tasty however there was an issue with delivery that I had to bring to the attention of Bear's Brownies. The reason I choose this company was because I could choose a specific delivery date which nearly did not happen. Luckily I managed to intervene and sort this directly with the courier. I would not usually complain however this was a 40th birthday gift for someone that was very unwell at the time - the gift and timing were imperative in this circumstance. I have had these gifted to me a few times and found them very luxurious, I loved the unique flavours, especially salted caramel! I went ahead and purchased 2 boxes, one as a gift.. It arrived within 2 days which is good. I ordered their new flavour Jammy Dodger, but in one of the boxes it was so dry and stale it tasted like an old sponge cake that was well past it's best!!! :( The other one, however was as a blondie should be and nice and moist. So I assume they gave me an old batch in one of the boxes! Which is really unacceptable at over £30 per box! Also the mocha brownie tasted nothing like coffee! - which was a shame as I love coffee flavoured chocolate. My previous experience was all good but I wont be ordering again, as I think they were cheeky giving me an old batch for the price I paid!

Fabulous brownies! I hadn’t sent Bear’s Brownies before as I had always used another brand. I had gotten into a bit of a muddle online, so gave them a ring. The person on the end of the phone could not have been more helpful and determined to get my order processed for next day delivery (even though I had missed the 4pm deadline). My daughter assured me that the brownies were absolutely delicious and the packaging looked very opulent compared to other brownies I have sent her. A good experience as a first time buyer from Bear's Brownies. The process of purchasing went seamlessly from browsing to order confirmation. During the confirmation section, I added a note to the company to fulfil a specific request. I was kindly emailed by a customer advisor who wanted to clarify my special request. They were very understanding and were able to fulfil the request I asked. Once delivered, the presentation box looked great: nice and simple but also bold and standoutish. At first, I had theorised that the toppings of my order (Jammer Dodger Blondie & Lemon Curd Blondie) would be infused within the mixture but this was not the case and left me slightly disappointed. Also the outer pieces of the blondies were a little dry and not necessarily 'soft and chewy' as advertised, however as you work your way through to the middle of the box, the blondies do live up to what is advertised and has ultimately swayed me into possibly buying again.

Divine brownies and AMAZING customer service!!! Ordered a box as a surprise for my friend, since i know she appreciates good brownies and she LOVED them!! The box was not delivered on the selected day and after continuously failing to contact the courier and being extremely frustrated, i emailed Bear's Brownies. Laura and the team were very kind, attentive and literally provided first class service. Fresh brownies were sent straight away for a next day delivery. I would give a 5 stars rating, however based on the other reviews it seems like delays are common at the moment, hence giving it a 4 stars one. I ordered a hand picked batch of brownies for my sister after I had received a box myself. My husbands family had ordered us a box calling it a "hug in a box" and they weren't wrong. These brownies are divine. Honestly like melt in the middle amazing. My sister got covid and she couldn't eat anything. Everything tasted awful and she just couldn't manage anything. She suffered years of eating problems.as a teenager and we were worried that she would end back there because she just couldn't eat. I made sure to pick some peanut butter chocolate brownies as she's a reeces fan. She LOVED them and managed to eat a whole brownie. I had to remind her to eat it slowly so she wouldn't make her belly poorly. Honestly these are now my go to gift for anyone for any occasion. The blondies are my personal favourite,.as are the jaffa cake and jammie dodger ones. My sister had ended up in hospital with covid and even though she's poorly she's instructed her husband to freeze her peanut chocolate brownies! Meh to be honest. Not as good as Lolas cupcake brownies in my opinion and more expensive, weird that you can only pick 3 flavours for a box of 12 and they are surprisingly small (although I persume this depends on the flavour you pick). The salted caramel was great, but the others, well to be honest no much better than the ones you get at Costa. But delivery and everything was fine, presentation was great, free handwritten note is really nice, everything was absolutely fine, just a little disappointed with the actual brownies but it's a taste thing
