Super easy to order personalised cupcakes. They arrived promptly the next day, very well packaged with loads of bubble wrap and an ice pack. They tasted amazing too! I only managed to snag a chocolate one but everyone was raving about them, and having our charity logo on was literally the icing on the cake! Thank you from East London Community Band

Your cupcakes have made my day and Mainly my daughters birthday. I decided to surprise her at school by sending in some cupcakes to enjoy and share with her friends! lt has really gone down well. Ordered cupcakes for my niece on Sunday but forgot to process the payment. I received a call on Monday from an agent to enquire if I still wanted the cakes, I did. What I am so taken aback by, is the fact that my niece received the cakes the following day, on her birthday, TODAY! I was not expecting such a fast turnaround and had accepted that the cakes would not arrive on time. Do not buy your cupcakes from anywhere else, not only do they taste delicious the service is top notch.

Have bought cup cakes a few times now from Rachels Kitchen and I love them, they always turn up on the correct date very well packaged and absolutely scrummy. the biggest problem is trying to decide which is my favourite.

Amazing. I ordered gf cup cakes for an anniversary present. Had pictures and text on the cakes. Looked stunning and tasted fantastic. I ordered the gluten free cakes and you could not tell that they were made from gluten free flour. Perfect sweetness on the icing. I would definitely order again very soon and recommend to others.

Seriously brilliant place to get cakes for a party - especially last minute because next day delivery is available. We ordered the personalised cupcakes - easily emailed with the pictures attached and got a prompt reply to confirm they’d received them. Tasted gorgeous too, wouldn’t ever think they’d been posted from one end of the UK to the other. Arrived beautifully packaged with ice pack to ensure cakes stayed cool. All in all a saviour of a company for a last minute decision to get cupcakes.

Due to the virus, we were unable to celebrate our friend's birthday but the personalised cupcakes were a great alternative - we weren't aware of the delayed delivery dates, so panicked when we discovered they wouldn't arrive in time. I rang the helpline and had THE best customer service - the team went above and beyond, made an exception for this request and delivered the cupcakes on her actual birthday. I was shocked at how friendly, accommodating and easy this was (these things are usually a battle with most brands!), plus the cupcakes were super tasty! I placed the whole order by phone and knew straight away that it would be delivered exactly as I wanted. I got regular email updates until the cakes were delivered. Rang Rachael's Kitchen 3.15pm on 23rd Dec to query delivery slots available Christmas Eve. Lady I spoke to was very helpful and assured me they were confident of delivery during Christmas Eve. Completed my order on line before the 4pm deadline on 23rd Dec. Received my cakes shortly after 11am Christmas Eve morning. Excellent service all round by Rachael's Kitchen and APC courier.
