M. A.GO HERE NOW!!!! Seriously though, if you are in the area and would like your tastebuds to go on an adventure this is the place for you. The best cheesecake I have had is here, the plain vanilla. Plenty of options as well as canned drinks for sale here. I met the owner, Matt, and he is an awesome baker who has a passion for his craft, and it shows. Highly highly recommend you stop here!

We were so full BUT we just had such a good feeling about this place and we were right! The baked cheesecake was creamy but dense and the perfect ratio of topping to base. The flavour was potent through out. The best cheesecake I have had in a while actually.
A MUST visit in York - it really was that good 😍

It was without doubt the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Creamy, indulgent but wondrously light.
I’ve had some amazing NY style cheesecake in the US - but nothing as good as this guy. 👍
J. E.Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Dropped in just from seeing the sign on the street. The mini cheesecakes we had were amazing and rivaled ones we had at Pike Place Market in Seattle. Also the owner is incredibly friendly and runs a great shop. York may be known for chocolate but it SHOULD be known for the cheesecake guy!

S. S.I arranged to pick up four mini cheesecakes with flavours to suit my wife's preference for valentine's day and the owner of the shop couldn't do enough for me! Although the cost of cakes was £16, they're worth every penny. This cute little shop is on the shambles and has only been there for 6 months! He is very professional and personable with his customers and if you should go have a look whilst you're in York, I can assure you that there will be no disappointment. Sure you will be very tempted to buy. Thank you for all your efforts. My wife is very happy with her cakes! 😄😄
