J. G.I had an old savings account which had been forgotten about with Nationwide. I went in to get a bank statement so I could use it to open a current account with HSBC but to get the statement I would need to open a current bank account with nationwide. I decided to do this and I'm so happy I did as the speed and reliability of setting up and using the nationwide current account is so good I have no plans to use another bank. I found Ryan to be very patience and professional, he explained each step and answered all my questions. It was all quick, reliable and I had no issues, good online support. Also this nationwide branch is nicely designed inside.

M.I received a letter that my new account was closed week later I received a new credit card and pin and I had thought they had changed there mind received customers number to so went to branch in Union Street went in and asked about account and the credit card lady checked and said your account was closed and did not receive any more information she had take out pair of scissors cut card in half this is discrimination against me TSB STARTED ALL THIS AGAINST ME FOR START TOLD TO LEAVE BECAUSE SOMEONE HAD PUT IN 20 POUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT AND DID NOT KNOWN WHO ASKED TO GET A RECEIPT FOR THE 20POUNDS HOW CAN YOU IF YOU DONT KNOW WHO TSB HAD LOT OF COMPUTER PROBLEMS THAT WEEK COULD HAVE COME FROM ANYONE ACCOUNT 7 DAYS CAME AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT TREAT ME LIKE A COMMON CRIMINAL FROM THERE ON COULD NOT RECEIVE ACCOUNT FOR MONTH ALLWAYS REFUSED FOR ACCOUNT THEN I RECEIVED ACCOUNT FOR A MONTH AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN WITH IMFO FROM BANKS AND NOW THIS TODAY IT SO STUPID OF BANKS HERE TRY TO DESTROY PROPLE ESPECIALLY THE OLDER ONE YOUR SINCERELY NORMAN MOUNTFORD
S. C.Visited 12th September and was very disappointed that I could not renew my Monthly Saver in branch, now it has to be done online, which is not how I like to do my banking. I prefer to deal with a person not a computer. The staff are excellent and I hope this policy can be reviewed.
