M. R.After a frustrating morning of ringing Virgin Money in England to request assistance to get into my account and failing, I finally rang my local Virgin Money Branch @ 5 Wellington Place Belfast. My call was answered quickly. I spoke to Stephen and after a few minutes of listening to my issue understood my concern. Stephen reassured me and took time to talk me through what I needed to do. He even rang me back rather than keep me hanging on the line, as at one point he needed to find some more details I needed Thank goodness for Stephen. He was both courteous and professional. Certainly an asset to the Belfast Branch. Thanks Stephen.
