Mostly friendly and efficiently HSBC branch I have been to. Had a dedicated staff which resolved my issue within 10 minutes. Staffs were also compliant with the COVID social distancing guidelines which makes it safe for public to run the financial errands.

Re: Covid19 no problems. Staff are polite, visited the branch to make a transfer or deposit ATMs are available. Sanitise wipes are always there for one to use. Nice to see the ATMs outside are cleaned.

I would recommend Brad (Bradley). He demonstrates an excellent ability to connect with people. Very helpful and nice guy. Helped me open up my account within 30 mins without any hassle. He answered my all queries and explained me about bank features and products very well. Employee like Brad are an asset to bank. I have given 4 stars as I have yet to use features of bank, post that, I will reconsider my review about bank. Hopefully it would be great.

Amazing service, they really do give it their all to satisfy customers. Usually there is a wait, they try to cut it down and assist everyone. Great security.

Very helpful and non-judgemental , 0-fuss service- whereas other big banks has rejected my friend's first account application due to being foreign student, leaving her frustrated and on the verge of returning home, HSBC Bham New Street has turned this around in literally 15mins from entering the door. We were swiftly intercepted by one of the very professional ladies , who have done initial paperwork and later passed on to Lewis T. who was very friendly and professional in finalizing the opening procedure. 1 very happy new customer!

As Banks go this is fairly good. There are loads of cash machines and automates paying in cash or cheque machines. Never a queue for them. There is often a long queue at the counter but I usually only use automated machines.

The staff is helpful and kind and there are plenty of machines at your disposal. However the place is often crowded so prepare to wait between 15 and 30 minutes for a staff member to help you out.
