I've had an excellent experience with Clifton finance. Sam, the advisor I was in contact with, was really helpful. I hadn't looked into this kind of funding before and so needed to be taken through things bit by bit and he was very patient. Communication was exemplary. In the end, our purchase fell through and so we didn't need to proceed with funding, however I wouldn't hesitate to approach them again.

My finance broker, Mathew, went to great lengths to help us get the bridging loan we needed. I was very happy with his service. My only disappointment in the process was not Clifton's fault. The bank used property valuers and solicitors which charge extortionate fees. The valuers charged more than double the amount I paid for a full structural survey - just to do a valuation!
