My family have been banking with the BOS at St Enoch and through the years we have had nothing but friendly and helpfapproachable staff,great and honest financial or otherwise advice before during the pandemic,could not recommend them enough.

On corner of St Enoch SQ and Aegyle Street the bank has couple of cash machines offering free cash withdraws. Not been in the bank but have used the cash machines several times. Always check over your shoulder when using machines here.

This branch has just been refurbished with many self-service machines. There are no queues and staff members are also readily available to help with whatever you want, so no delays at all. Fantastic service keep it up BOS!!!!

I went on a Sunday, as contrary to what Google says, the branch is opened. 4 very proactive employees engage customers immediately and sort them out. I was in and out in 5 minutes, H2B ISA closed, proof of closure printed out. Proffesional and no-nonsense service.

Seems like a well run branch. No wait and enough lanes open to serve everybody. Unless it's lunch time or close of business then the tellers get quite busy. They have new automatic deposit machines which will count your cash and cash your cheques. It does have a bit of "place your item in the bagging area" syndrome but otherwise efficient enough.

Just one minus - no cash-in (depisit) ATM outside. You can't fill up your account on Sunday.
