Cheaper than a bridging provider and just as fast, they are imaginative in looking a deals and very proactive insofar as drawdown is concerned. On term deals they are much more proactive than a bank with speedy response times. Rates are competitive and flexible. They are looking for quality deals only and their due diligence is excellent.
