I dont understand the point of these big new fans everywhere.
They seem to only turn them on when it's windy, then turn them off when it's not.
It was a boiling hot, very calm day last week and I decided to paddleboard out to enjoy a cool breeze off the fans, only to find them switched off.
Had a climb up and looked round, but couldn't find the 'on' switch anywhere (you probably need an app?).
Also wondered if there had been a power cut?
Paddled back and had an ice lolly on the beach car park instead..... seemed a bit unfamiliar and soon realised I had sailed the wrong way and was at the Isle of Man.
Checked on the £2k in my offshore tax avoidance account while I was there and ate a kipper*.
* Tasted a bit smokey. Stick to cod.
Or bacon if you like smoke - no bones.

Cracking day out with the kids. Took a while to find a boat but hey we made it! After about a 30 min peddlo ride we got there. The kids loved the climb up! At the top we could see from Blackpool to wales, astonishing. Overall wonderful activity while on holiday .fully recommend

Wow! This day out was one to remember. Even though my beloved child fell off the top of the wind turbine we still managed to make a great experience out of our annual turbine vacation. This year was extra special because we got shot at by local farmers and had to dodge their pellets. I wanted to properly remember this day so I tricked my family into paddle boarding from there to West Namibia. Let’s say it was eventful when my family were taken away by a voodoo tribe as we arrived. I haven’t seen them since and I’m starting to get concerned. Overall, great experience with my probably dead family! Thanks burbo for this.

Providing power to the North West of England is obviously not a bad thing so it's hard to say anything bad about this wind farm.
