A. B.Having a recycling facility such as this available is fantastic. Well organised, convenient, efficient and staffed by a helpful, well informed and approachable team.
A. T.It was okay as far as recycling centres go, some difficulty in finding exactly where to put the stuff in the bins. Staggering of the bins meant it wasn't always clear which bin was which. Personnel helpful when asked a question despite it being nearly closing time, I liked that.
J. F.We thought we had booked a slot for today however it was for tomorrow we had the wrong day 😥😰 the guy on the gate couldn't have been more helpful. He allowed us a courtesy call and didn't turn us away. What a star. Brilliant
D. J.A truly beautiful setting for a waste transfer facility with fine views of the distant Pennines on a clear day and several interesting plants, invertebrates and fish within the surrounding 10km. To be honest the fish are mostly in Tesco, next door, but for pescatorial convenience it's hard to beat. The staff are friendly and inquisitive, offering helpful advice on where, precisely, the householder can put those hard to characterise items.
