I've been trying to get in contact for the last 3 weeks to no avail. I no long live in the area so it's not a case of popping in anymore n having to rely on phone calls however when I managed to gain contact with them they was very helpful. And quick to solve the issues at hand

The people here are extremely hard working individuals who sometimes deal with impossible requests from th3 demanding public. They are very helpful. Take a pen with you if you need to write something, pens always 'walk' (not always deliberately) from public places.
