We had a really enjoyable stay this weekend at Union Bank! Currently there are some renovations being made along the street, so the entrance-way is slightly concealed but still accessible. The apartment is directly opposite the Alchemist, where we went for dinner and drinks. We found the location really central, with the Liverpool One only 5-10 minutes’ walk away. We didn’t need a taxi all weekend when we went out in the city! The apartment was lovely and had great space for what we needed. The staff had thoughtfully put the heater on for our arrival, but the bedroom was very warm and definitely needed airing out! But, it was cold out so couldn’t fault their foresight there! Our only fault with the room was that our bath plug was detached, and couldn’t reattach to hold water. We used the kitchen sink plug, which did work effectively but made sure to pass that complaint on. There isn’t a front desk at this apartment, but there was a security guard on through the night who was very courteous and helpful. We also received several phone calls from Union Bank staff to check everything was going okay with our stay, which was nice in place of a front-of-house desk. Overall we had a lovely stay and felt we had received great value in terms of central location and the apartment itself. We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely weekend at these apartments and i would definitely stay there again. Excellent central location. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. The lift is tiny and the stairs are a bit of a pain when you've had a few. But the apartments itself was lush. Loved the whirlpool bath but did have to point out that the bath had dropped & the the plug was faulty. Staff were lovely & helpful though and I look forward to returning.

Booked at the last minute and so pleased apartments were clean and bright and so near the city centre but quiet, all slept well. We had the four person two bedroom and had plenty of room, storage was a little thin on the ground very nice dressing tables but a set of drawers would have been good, also more plugs in upstairs bedroom as one double is just not enough, kitchen is well equipped just needs a chopping board to complete

Fantastic place, incredibly reasonable prices for what you get. Stayed in the Spa Bath apartment and it was very nice. Perfectly clean, well laid out, modern look and will be back. I called the staff and asked where the best place to park was and the lady on the phone was very accommodating, helpful and friendly and later I was offered discount on my next stay by the staff over the phone as when I was asked if I came to Liverpool for anything special I said I proposed to my girlfriend... Well, Fiancé now. Very special and memorable stay, I can't recommend it enough.

Clean and spacious multi level serviced apartment which was value for money. The reception is remote for the venue, but the staff are helpful and friendly. Access to the room is via a key kept in a wall safe with a combination lock which is a bit of a faff. No recycling facilities are provided.

Good option especially considering the fantastic location. Bed was comfy, and the apartment had almost all the bells and whistles you'll need on a short stay. I was however let down by rowdy neighbours in other apartments. Also, apartments lacked some basics that would have improved the experience. There was neither a bin nor a toilet brush in the bathroom, and the shower head is not detachable - which might not be to everyone's liking. The floorboards are too creaky in some places - might do with some more sound insulation.

UPDATE : After.complaining about our suite - we were moves to another suite on the same floor. It is much nicer but still lacks many amenities that a "suite hotel" should provide. I can say that Mary was most accommodating in moving us to a better and much cleaner apartment. We have stayed across Europe in many "suite apartments" and know what is expected and I expected more than this for the price which increased daily for the weekend. Not worth the price in my opinion. If they assign u #26 - run!! Needs a lot of work but #22 is much nicer. The 3 stars is for the location and the second accomodations. The first one #26 does not even deserve a star! Dont believe the photos on the website! The other apartments may look like that but not the one we are in at the moment! There are windows that have no window coverings, nothing to put your luggage on and no where to store anything! Also if you want to be comfortable in the living space - good luck! No tables to put drinks on or any where to put your feet up! Very uncomfortable sofa and a total lack of convenience for an "apartment". And the paint is peeling in the bedroom, floor boards lifting and it is dirty! Extremely dissatisfied with this place! Only good thing is the location although there is construction about 10 feet away! Should be wonderful to wake up to as well as the sun coming in the windows because there are no window coverings! Don't believe the pictures or the hype!!

These apartments are in a good location, however, no parking near by. The nearest is the NCP car park, about 7 minutes walk away that Union Bank customers get at a discounted rate. The Apartment itself was OK. It could however have done with a good sprucing up. However, not bad at all if you consider the location.

Stayed here last October. Can honestly say the best apartments I've stayed in when in liverpool. Top class.Tried booking them again for 14th March.Fully booked.will definitely stay here again.And so central. Will be back in June hope it's available.

Me and my sister stayed at the Union Bank Apartments from 9th - 13th August 2018. The place was in a great location, very central to get to all the attractions and sights. The staff at the office and housekeeping staff were all nice and friendly. My only downside for our apartment was the fact that we couldn't open any windows. We would have preferred a room which we could have let some fresh air in. I wish we'd been given the option as it got incredibly hot and stuffy. Also there could have been more in the way of cutlery and utensils such as a tea towel and cloths its says fully serviced but we only had two of everything - 2 knives/forks/cups - no glasses in the bathroom and only four coat hangers for 2 people - these are only small gripes but we had to buy these things in order to dry up and wipe round the kitchen. The apartments are also not serviced daily.

Great serviced apartments in the heart of the city. A really warm welcome from the housekeeping team, nothing was too much trouble. Booked our next stay before we checked out.

Convenient location, spacious, comfortable bed, very noisy, not clean on check-in and not cleaned throughout 1 week stay. We only got clean towels and toilet paper upon request. No cleaning products provided so we could not even clean ourselves. Do not recommend.

Very convenient for bars, restaurants and shops if that's what you're looking for. Comfortable, but needs a bit more maintenance as we found the loo seat broken, and a blind wouldn't close in one bedroom where there were no curtains. Complained but not fixed. Can be noisy duty to proximity to bars etc.

Very nice apartment, we parked at the nearest car park, not a good idea if your staying on a Friday as your car will be locked in the car park over the weekend, apartment is smaller than pics but nice and cosy and clean

Georgeous we had apt 12a duplex was lovely everything you need but it was too hot in the upstairs bedroom. We would definitely book again the location is spot in and wasnt too expensive .
