I found Alex and Falbros years ago on personal recommendation. Alex has been brilliant at helping me and my husband find the best product for our needs, notwithstanding challenging economic environment and our own complex personal circumstances. With several different properties used in different ways he has always found a smart and secure way through complex applications and challenging processes and has been able to secure us the hidden gems which no others have found. I came across Alex while he was working as a consultant at Citibank. I was looking at mortgages that would fit my requirements. Alex asked a brief set of questions and quickly came up with 3 of the best products on the market. He then took me through the advantages and disadvantages of each of the product finally advising the best product for my circumstance. The interest rate & the fees on the product was extremely competitive & Alex was good at being instrumental throughout the process, from choosing the right product to completion.
