I found the whole process to be pretty much straight forward and simple enough to understand and easy to access ( so long as you have a smartphone/device ) So far so good, no complaints! Also, if you had an issue with making one of your repayments on time then you can call them and reschedule another upcoming date ( a maximum of 3 days on the app, however if a little more time is needed then all you have to do is call them ) that's more suitable to yourself, so that you won't miss making your payment that's due! 😊👍
