Fantastic smooth experience with new company incorporation and bank account set-up. If you are time-poor and setting up a new business, I don’t think you’ll find a better deal than with Tide once all costs are taken into account. The speed that they’ll get you set up and running is incomparable, hence 5 stars. Only drawback however, as your company grows, is that Tide’s current credit offerings are very thin compared to mainstream banks.

After a couple of weeks it seems good enough. Unfortunately the card is classed as a prepaid card and not debit which means you cannot use on pay at pump which as a driver is a big issue for me as it becomes a trip in to a busy garage and a queue for the till etc.... then there's the being in a crowd issue with everything going on. Not helpful. However the alerts for payments in and out save logging in to check payments recieved and the included invoice system saves having to have separate apps for each which is good.

I am disappointed that you don't support international banking which has caused me an issue and you can't deposit cheques on line. Looking at transferring my account for these reasons. Have to say customer service is good 👍

Been with Tide for just over a year. For me, it is excellent. My needs are simple, I only deal with invoices which are paid by BACS, no cash, no cheques etc, I have had no problems at all and the account was opened quickly when I initially applied. Best thing is my total fees are less than a pound per month. Can't fault it. If I was to have one improvement it would be to allow proper log on from a PC.

Really cant complain with Tide, I have a couple of different accounts with them and they are just great. Simple to use, set up my LTD business for me when I created the business bank account, easy to use, cheap costs, really good support. Very happy

Perfect for small business use, I am however finding some places/peoples Banks are not recognising the sort code/ account numbers. This may just be a teething Problem as this is a new account. Everything else is great and simple to use. Keep track of everything, invoices, store receipts. Could not ask for more.

The assistant kindly checked on the progress of my problem. I love the option to categories exp and inc. I would love to have a filter too, where I could check a specific time frame and category(s).

App is poor. Always under maintenance and always during working hours, so you can't access your money, send transfers etc. Given this is for businesses, this isn't helping us run our business. They clearly have a problem with the app/system as they are the only app/bank that I use that have to have maintenance several times a week. Can you not fix it? No one ever reaches out to explain whats going on either. Only when we raise a message on the app (assuming you can access it, which at this very moment you can't because it's down!), so we get a feeble apology for the maintenance, but never a proper explanation of what the continuous issues are. However, I do disagree with the general customer service support. Whenever I've had an issue with something (other than maintenance), they have always proved helpful and I always get a response. This could be a great app/bank, but they need to sort out the contact issues that result in the app being unusable.

I really like the app for Tide,I can invoice customers,move money freely. The one for me is I sent a question an continue with my schedule an Tide message me back mostly within mins but can take up to 2 hrs. None of this waiting for 20 mins on a phone "You are in a queue,please wait your turn. I have had no problem from the beginning an that's why I have giving 5 stars. Absolutely loving it! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to open the bank account. It probably took less than 5 minutes, and I was still in my pjs. Despite the fact we are just starting we are, and I would suggest to everyone to give them a try especially for small businesses.
