From start to finish I was happy with the way I was treated. The communication was great, I was kept informed on every aspect of the finance and searching for a vehicle. I was assigned to staff member Diane, lovely lady, bubbly who contacted me via many ways, kept me updated and answered every question I had. She is an asset to the team with a tip-top customer service attitude and experience. If or when I need another vehicle / finance I would definitely go back and also ask for Diane again. Words are just not enough in how she carried herself in her job, professional ways and attitude with to me is and was 100% and deserves not 5, not 10 but 100*'s
