This is the second time I've arranged a lease through the company. Both times I've felt really valued by the sales and support team. They are friendly, bothered and kept me informed at every stage of the process. I've just taken my second lease vehicle from FleetPrices following a hassle-free first term. I received good advice on both selections of vehicles and am really pleased in both cases. I was getting a bit tetchy during the recent /current delays due to microchip shortages but they kept me informed and calm. I've been through two returns (which are handled by BCA) and these were pretty smooth from my point of view. The vehicle deliveries were convenient and efficient, with a little tuition thrown in if needed.

Ordered with Leo, he was brilliant; although I had a car in mind he also looked at others that would have saved me money, went through pros and cons to help me decide which would be best for me. Always kept in contact with me up to the delivery, and when the car arrived it had a small chip (not Fleetprices fault) Leo jumped on it and got in touch with the dealer and arranged sorting it for me. Following signing up the support team were also great, sending regular emails letting me know what was happening with the car. Great experience from start to finish. Difficult to source any new car atm so jumped at the chance of a 'Stock Offer' flyer email from Fleetprices. 3 Golf GTD's available and sadly missed out due to unprecedented demand/short supply. Leo managed to talk to the Dealer and said they had a GTi coming in that was available if I was interested? Snapped his hand off and preferred GTi anyway. Car delivered yesterday and fabulous. Sister in law been waiting on Polo GTi from local VW Dealer 6 months now - this took approx 6 weeks to be delivered from point of order. Got an Ipace from them 18months ago and the service at that time was excellent. When the time came to renew I quoted a few deals for a Renault Zoe which, although they came back a few pounds more than the best deal I saw, I was happy to go with them again based on the service previously received. There was a slight issue with the car ordered as it was ready a few months earlier than I had requested so I refused delivery. They managed to find a higher spec alternative at about £5 month more which suited me so that seemed a reasonable solution. Car delivered today as arranged. The communication from the initial quotes, ordering, and delivery has been excellent as it was with my previous order with regular updates on progress. I dealt with Mike and Dale and I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely give them the opportunity to quote on my next car.

Absolutely fantastic service! If I could give 6 or 7 stars I would as they have been amazing from start to finish. When I started looking for a new car I contacted Fleetprices for some prices and Anissa was incredibly helpful and patient with me and gave me prices on many many cars without any fuss. I had contacted other brokers for alternative quotes and although I received them I never got any answers back from the other questions I had. It seemed like they were not interested in helping and only getting a quick sale. Whereas with Fleetprices Anissa answered every question I had and came back to me really quickly (even at the weekend). For the car I went for I even had a cheaper price from another broker, but decided to go with Fleetprices due to the amazing customer service they had given me. Once I received the car Fleetprices checked in on me to ensure everything was ok and that I was happy with the car. I have had my new car since June and we are now in August and the Finance company have still not taken a single penny for the car. This has caused me quite a bit of stress and I have chased them 3 or 4 times in the last 2 month and have not had a single response. All it took was 1 email to Fleetprices Support team and they just sorted it out and resolved the issue without any fuss - unbelievable!! As a first time leaser I found Fleetprices initially through Carwow. I looked at a lot of reviews and chose them finally based on a combination of their reviews and price. I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. From the beginning Leo was absolutely excellent, talking me through everything, helping me work out the final choice of engine spec and various different options. He was so responsive and straightforward and seemed to be able to cut through the claptrap from some of the dealers I was talking to. I had 100% confidence in him. Once I placed the order the team in the office were very supportive and responsive to my many questions. On the day of delivery there were some questions with the delivery driver. I called the office and Leo called me straight back and was able to resolve the issue for me directly with him (as I was in meetings) which was fantastic and brilliant after sales service. So, really good service all around and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. My only suggestion for improvement would be maybe a Guide to Leasing for first time leasers as I had a bit of a time trying to get some of the detail needed around my new insurance - not a negative for Fleetprices but a constructive suggestion. I used Fleet Prices to arrange the lease on a BMW 320. Excellent service from start to finish. I did speak to three or four of their competitors but Fleet Prices seemed keener to secure my business at the right price. The only down side on the whole process was that the transaction had been arranged with Leaseplan UK who seemed to generate more paperwork to sign than I could ever imagine and had no follow up system if you missed a form which then delayed matters. However, Leo at Fleet Prices kept on top of matters to bring the transaction to a satisfactory conclusion.

I looked at various leasing companies online and decided to try FleetPrices as their pricing for the car I wanted was competitive but reasonable. I dealt with Daniel Hill, who was ace in my dealings with him. Correspondence was down to a "T". Once the order was signed, the support team were superb in answering all my queries till the car arrived on 5th November. I took my time to inspect all aspects of it. There were a couple of things that needed explaining and fixing, the Lady Rebecca arranged for me to take the vehicle to the local Citroen dealership to fix them. So far it's been a dream drive. I shopped around using a very good lease comparison web sites and Fleet Prices kept coming up with the best price. Eventually, I placed my order using a PCH plan. Delivery took longer than I hoped for but the sales team did keep me informed. I took delivery of the car on 1 August 2018 and because it had been driven down from Rochdale to the south coast, it already had nearly 300 miles on the clock which apparently comes out of my contract mileage! I thought that was a bit harsh by the car dealer and whilst not Fleet Services fault, given the volume they must buy from the dealers, would have thought delivery mileage would be waived hence only given 4 stars. Other than that, a pain free transaction and have already recommended them to friends and will use them again (if their price is competitive) when my next car is due up for replacement.

Great Price, good service. We were told that delivery would be a PM slot but the delivery driver phoned at 8:30 in the morning to give us 45 minutes notice. Not ideal but we worked round it. Would have been better not to have been told that we could expect a PM delivery if the delivery company can't be that specific. Other than this minor issue we have been very happy with the way that everything has gone (so far).

I recently leased a Mini Countryman and the service received from start to finish was excellent. Both Natasa and Rebecca always did what they said they would and always in a prompt manner. My only complaint was that the car dealer who supplied the car (Marshall's of Scunthorpe) said they would deliver he car between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm but it did not arrive until 8.00 pm and I had to chase them at 5,00 pm to find out what was happening. Also the car Tyre pressure was way over what it should be. I have my doubts whether a DPI was done
