N. I.Very nice spot in centrally located free for you to chill inside and relax for all age groups. Very good range if hot drinks and biscuits given. Staffed by well mannered, well presented team members. All you need is a Virgin Money account and you can go in with a plus one. Would highly recommend if you go to the city on a regular basis
D. R. (.I spent weeks trying to find an ISA that limits the amount of times I could withdraw money from the account and Virgin offered me the exact product I'd been looking for. The free coffee in the Virgin lounge is an added bonus!
L. C.We visited Norwich for the day as we were on a boating holiday on The Norfolk Broads. The weather was horrendous, torrential rain and gales and The Virgin Lounge was like an oasis! We were welcomed by fantastic staff, offered hot drinks to warm us up and the lovely lady on reception, Katie gave us a list of visitor attractions in Norwich which we have decided to visit today. Hopefully the weather won't be so wet but we will definitely take a welcome break in the lovely Virgin Lounge.

S.Handy for a stop off while out shopping or whatever. Use of WiFi and access to iPads and Macs is useful. Unsurprisingly it can get very busy.
