Paul Cotterill the mortgage advisor is the best mortgage advisor I have ever known or used, and I've had many a mortgage. He is so so efficient, he listens to what you want, makes sure he understands how you want to manage your mortgage moving forward and then gets you the very best deal. Hes arranged lots of mortgages for us over the years and all have completed satisfactorily and stress free. Whilst ever hes writing mortgages we wont use anyone else. We highly recommend him.

This is the second time I have used Embrace Financial services to arrange my remortgage. Due to the great experience of professionalism the first time around I had no hesitancy of using them again. Even though Paul Cotterill was evidently very busy, he made time for me and made me feel that I was his only client at times. The process was slick and personal. Due to Covid-19 the process was conducted on the phone and via email, but that didn’t take affect a personal service.
