My appointment was with Rachel who made me a lovely cup of tea and put me at ease for being late.

She was very polite, professional and friendly and explained everything without rushing..

I had tried at other branches which were closer but no luck, where as the Nottingham branch were able to only fit me in, but also didn’t raise any issues as I was slightly late due to the challenges of finding parking. Rachel had served me, was very friendly and was also able to open my account in no time. She was very thorough with everything and made it easy to understand and follow. Overall I had a great experience here. I was a advocate of Virgin and what the brand stands for, but now I can first had recommend this specific brand if anyone is looking to get the best out of their banking needs. Thank you!
