J. C.Very good customer service. I was setting up a new account in this branch. I had to wait for around 20 minutes during which members of staff approached me and apologied for the waiting time. I was sitted in a comfortable chair so I could work during the wait. I was then invited by an employee to their table and we started the process. I was advised about all the account details, all my questions (many) were answered and we also had a very friendly conversation. I was also offered a coffee which was good. I left the bank with a new bank account and a card in my hand.

Not many banks that you can set up and open a business account in just over 2 hours on a Saturday with cards printed in store. Ezra couldn't do enough to help and was very professional balanced with a friendly approach. Joe McGowan the store manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Thank you guys. Great bank. Great service.
