Great experience - Great staff! Metro look after the account of the Registered Charity that I volunteer with. They are without doubt always kind, courteous and understanding .. They go out of their way to help - Something that we do all appreciate - Thank you Metro for making our banking easy!

Fantastic experience opening a new account would definitely recommend. First point of contact I was warmly greeted by the branch manager who was really helpful and able to arrange my appointment.The staff member who set up my account was Karen who is an incredibly personable and helpful lady who made opening my account so easy. All staff in the bank demonstrated such a customer focus and couldn’t of been anymore helpful. Amazing great bank great staff. Much appreciated.

FRAUD WARNING Update= after their investigation, I was called into the bank, and they gave me my money back. And, because it was the day before my birthday, I got a card and birthday cake too!! Excellent customer services METROBANK!! So, metrobank called me today to tell me about suspicious activity on my account again. Went through all the security questions, and got a one-time pass code to verify them, and what they actually did was swipe every penny from my account. They said I'd get it all back but in actuality, they used my details to transfer all my cash to some other bank account. When I saw it was all gone, I called and asked about it, but because I authorised the transfer, I've essentially lost all my money. They advised me, in future, to terminate calls, even if they appear to be from them, and call them via the app. Thanks for that, love. I've lost £450 and have no money now till 8th of next month. That's really helpful. METRO BANK

Great experience at Metro Bank :) Went with my girls to open a young person's account Jasmine was absolutely great she set the account up printed the card on site too. They even had a table for the kids a little arts and crafty time and when leaving my girls received each a goody bag. The goody bags contained pen, more arty stuff and a huge piggy (box) bank each. Absolutely impressed!! Thanks!!! Keep up the good work *****

I love the Metro bank its customer service is impeccable and they are very friendly . They even have a toilet and offer you a drink like tea or coffee or soft drink. And it's the only bank I know of that prints bank cards in the bank while your in there.when I switched banks they were very helpful well done Metro keep up the great service 😁

I wanted to switch my current account from another provider and I was seen very quickly by a very friendly member of staff of the bank. I was offered a hot drink. I was asked a few painless questions about the old bank and then asked to sign some paperwork. The process was extremely professional and quick. A+ :-)

An absolutely amazing banking experience! We popped into Metro today having closed our sons young saver account from another bank to see what we needed to do to open a new on with them. They Advised they could do this straight away today so sat us down and offered us all drinks. I asked if they had decaf coffee but if no decaf don’t worry normal would be absolutely fine. They came back having visited Pret A Manger especially to get me a decaf coffee and my son a Capri sun which was a really lovely touch We had the pleasure of Kristina setting up the new account and she was lovely. My son being a growing 3 year old mentioned he was hungry. Kristina asked him what he liked to eat of which he replied ‘bagel’ 5 mins later another lady came over and asked my son I hear you are hungry and you like to eat bagels. What do you like to eat on your bagel she asked him? To which he replied jam bagel! 10 mins later having left to go and get him a bagel she came back with a jam bagel on a plate with Pom bears! The whole experience was just wonderful from start to finish And like nothing I’ve ever experienced in a bank and we can’t praise them enough for the customer service we received!

Great Service from Dan yesterday who went out of his way to help with my business account. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The longer opening hours really make a difference when you need to pop on and talk with someone.

Opened 3 accounts online uploaded the required ID in minutes. Whole process took 30 minutes. Then visited the branch to arrange switch from my old bank. Very polite professional and practical they did what I wanted without the smarm of the other high street banks.

Absolutely Flawless service i Received today at the peterborough branch, I was served by John-paul with assistance from other members of the team who all offered us a drink. We left the branch in peterborough with x2 cards personal and business, a cheque book all printed same day with almost no fuss.
