This company were fantastic start to finish. I ordered a skip (8-yards) at a hugely competitive price and it arrived the very next day. I was kept up to date with times that would suit me and a simple bank transfer to pay was great. When I called to have the skip picked up I was told it might be a couple of days for it to be lifted as it was a busy time (fair enough), but someone came the later on the same day. Unfortunately, the driver of the lorry caused some damage to our property. It is my understanding that TWBCO acts as a ‘broker’ for a different company, so they were not at fault for the damage. However, when I was unsuccessful with contacting someone directly linked to the driver, I contacted Daryl at TWBCO and he communicated with the necessary parties on my behalf and resolved all of the issues quickly. Again, I was kept in the loop with the progress and thanks to Daryl someone is coming out to fix the damage at no cost to me. Amazing prices, amazing service, I highly recommend this company and 100% would use them again.
