I changed over to UTP Merchant Services over 12 months ago. Julie who set me up made the process flawless and so easy. I had a slight problem at the beginning with the machine but this was resolved immediately. Receiving the funds the same day has really helped my cash flow. Thank You UTP for such a great service. I would highly recommend this company.

We have been using this company for our card processing for nearly a year now. When Julie came to us and said that she could half the fees we were paying to our old company we were very sceptical but thought we were ready for a change so we took the plunge and signed up. I can only say that our monthly fees are indeed less than half what they were and another big plus is that the money is in our bank account the next day where we were waiting three to four days with our old providers. The after service is fantastic, Julie and the office support team have solved the one issue we have had very quickly and efficiently, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend UTP without hesitation to anyone who needs the services of a card processing company.

Very happy with the service from this company. Their processing time is 70% same day, which is a million miles away from where we were with our previous provider worldpay which were taking, in some cases, up to 4 days to clear! Would highly recommend.
