Well these guys worked tirelessly to get my mortgage over the line not once but several times, yes my application was a little unusual you could say. We needed to secure a mortgage for our new business premises in a fairly short period of time, and I wanted to find a competitive solution that came with a dedicated account manager. Dan did his due diligence, and after finding and discussing multiple offers, Dan introduced us to NatWest, who in conjunction with ASC had our mortgage sorted and approved well in advance of the require time. As with any property, there were hiccups along the way and Dan (and Lisa!) were always at end of of the phone (on more that one occasion!) to offer help and assistance. Like with all things in life, you get what you pay for and with Dan's extensive experience and knowledge of commercial finance proved to be excellent value for money.
