This lady has been so helpful in dealing with my late mothers accounts whilst being sympathetic and checking and double checking various things I needed to go through. Her considerate, warm and friendly manner put me at ease and she never hurried me during the process.

I was quite young when buying my first house. Unlike other big banks that you are just a number to them, Hanley has a dedicated person guilding me through the process. Transparent and honest. Fast when responding to enquiries.
Their rates are very good too. Some people only compare headline rates but ignore the overall costs such as valuation, application fee and completion fee. They were upfront about their fees.
They are based outside London but I do not have to go into their branch which is a big bonus, especially for someone who has a busy work schedule. In fact, I've never been to their branch in all these years.
