I took delivery of my first Lexus 2 weeks ago and I have to say that so far I am incredibly impressed with all aspects of the service I have received. I was kept updated with my delivery date which was actually a few weeks earlier than I had been quoted when I placed my order in the middle of October. As my point of contact Joe Chadwick has been so easy to get along with - which always makes the experience that much more enjoyable and the handover and introduction to all of the features of the car was really thorough but straightforward. Any questions have been dealt with in a timely way and I can really recommend Lexus Stoke to anyone. As for the car itself - amazing. If my experience with servicing etc. in the future reflects my experience so far then I'm sure that my first Lexus won't be my last. May thanks to all at Lexus Stoke.

From the start walking into lexus, you are made feeling welcome, offered drinks. They ask what it is that I was looking for, I saw a few cars I was interested in, fell in love with the one I had test drove, test driving was easy to set up was on the day we went, they had some me details like driving licence for insurance purposes, while out test driving Joe came with me and my partner went through the car and how all the mod cons works answerd any questions we had. The experience from lexus went above and beyond for us, we wanted add extras to the car and have some work done on it and they made this easy and stress free, kept me upto date, went through all the paper work, there was no pressure or rushing. Joe made the time to go through everything we needed go through, always a call away and email away. Had set up a date and time to go and pick up the car I had got which was the ct200h luxury. It has everything you need the comfort of the car is amazing, controls are easy to use. The car is quiet and drives well soft and smooth. I Can not thank Joe chadwick enough for the best experience buying a car was my first car from a dealership and its the best thing I have done, Joe has been there for me from the time we went and the after care too, very friendly, professional and laid back, easy to be able talk to and to be able ask any questions I have. In order to do business with Lexus Stoke I have to make a 2.5 hour round trip. Each time I question the sense of it when Lexus Birmingham are just 30 mins from me. However, the team at Lexus Stoke and the overall quality of service they provide, more than compensates for the inconvenience of the journey time involved. James Manley is and always has been super helpful and always goes out of his way to make the experience not only a pleasure but faultless one too! And that is one heck of a statement coming from a fussy perfectionist like me. The rest of the team there are a lovely friendly and extremely courteous bunch too. One is left feeling special and important.
This is all very well and nice but let's face it, surely the MOST important thing is the service the car itself receives.
My RX450H forms part of a small stable of treasured top marque vehicles, and it speaks volumes for the product when I confess that it is my Lexus that regularly tends to be my first choice of transport. So when she is due her visit to the health farm, I am most anxious that she is treated with the same passion of care and attention that I shower her with myself. Lexus Stoke have never let either of us down on that score. In fact she always comes back seemingly driving and certainly looking, as perfect as the day I took delivery of her.
On my most recent visit, Lexus Stoke managed to excel their normal very high level of excellence. The driver's side of my windscreen had gained very fine but very irritating surface scratches, which were down to me being over jealous when removing a gift deposited on it, from what I have to assume was a flying elephant (but more probably an arriving Canadian Goose, or flock thereof). It was so annoying (to me that is, but probably invisible to 98% of people), that I was contemplating having a new windscreen fitted. I did not mention the issue to James as I was going to talk to Autoglass about it, but to my absolute amazement and joy, all evidence seems to have now completely vanished. Now THAT is what you call perfection servicing!
All this, plus a delicious complimentary cup of coffee (to go) and a 17 plate spotless courtesy car thrown in, left me very happy chappie.
I feel I must also mention the final bill. One cannot demand 5 star treatment and then moan about the bill, but again, praise where ultimate praise is due. The bill was not only very fair and reasonable, but it was for exactly the amount they had told me it would be, PLUS a fault they discovered during the fixed price service was rectified FOC under guarantee, and my guarantee was extended for a further 12 months to boot.
If I were a car manufacturer and I wasn't Toyota, I think I'd sell up (rather than wait to go out of business). There's no contest or point in trying to compete. They make the best motor vehicles on the road, of that there is no doubt whatsoever, and their product support, service and after sales service is equally unbeatable.
I am not only delighted but I'm very proud to be a Lexus owner. The intelligent choice for the discerning motorist.

We picked up our 4th Lexus from Lexus Stoke last week. Our new 71 plate NX300h is beautiful and is everything we expected from it. It is a great family car with us having two young children this is why we went for another one. We especially love all the new technology and safety features. We have always had great service when dealing with the car sales team, Joe Chadwick very kindly looks after us and yet again has made everything as easy as possible for us. We find Joe to be very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Everything always feels relaxed and at our pace unlike other dealerships we have dealt with in the past. The receptionist Natalie is always very welcoming and polite. Also a mention to George Holden, a very friendly guy who is very welcoming and always asks how we all are even when we bump into each other at the petrol station.
We collected our car from Joe who went into alot of detail explaining how the new features of our car worked and nothing was too much trouble. Joe knows the cars like the back of his hand and we know he would be happy to help us if we were to call in and ask for any help with anything we struggled with.
Joe presented us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a bottle of champagne which was very much appreciated.
We also use Lexus Stoke to get our MOT’s done (when needed) and to have the service’s needed. We find this service to be excellent also. We spotted our possible next car whilst on holiday in the Cotswolds, so was unable to easily visit the Stoke showroom to see the car. However, Joel Hatton was incredible and created a personalised video of the car, spending several minutes going around the outside and inside of the car, answering possible questions as he went along. Joel was always available to answer any questions and also searched for other possible cars which may have suited us better.
We reserved the car easily on Lexus’s website, safe in the knowledge that it would still be there after our holiday. Thank you Joel for making our experience ‘Amazing!’. You were very approachable and your sense of humour made us feel like we were dealing with a friend. Your knowledge of the car whilst showing me how all the controls worked was brilliant and I was blown away when I saw the car standing on its platform when we collected it.

What a fantastic experience, we were greeted by George who was brilliant and not robotic.. i hate car dealerships that are robotic i like to deal with real people and everyone in this dealership through out our experience were fantastic. We then dealt with Joel who was fantastic from start to finish, the level of customer service throughout the whole dealership stuck out like a sore thumb ! This was my 3rd purchase of a nearly new Lexus IS, but my first time purchasing online all the way from Scotland. I was a bit apprehensive as I've never bought a car online before, but Joe was absolutely brilliant; talked me through everything, helped me switch my private plate and reassured me of the outstanding Lexus service, even at a distance. We bought a Lexus CT and a Lexus NX from Lexus Stoke and the service was professional from start to finish! First class, professional service from the team at Lexus Stoke when I purchased a Lexus last week. What follows is an excellent example of client care and great service. On Monday I phoned Lexus Stoke after seeing an advert on the Lexus website. Initially spoke with James Taylor who, because there were no photos available as yet, arranged for a personalised video to be sent to me. James also took details of my Jaguar in part exchange. The video arrived that afternoon from Joe Chadwick who became my main contact at Lexus Stoke. On Tuesday morning, in Joe's temporary absence, I spoke with a very helpful Simon Pike, who provided me with the part ex price for my Jaguar and after agreeing the deal, I paid a deposit to secure the car. I liaised again with Joe Chadwick later on Tuesday and he organised a handover at a time of my choosing on Thursday at the dealership in Stoke. The car was exactly as described, had been serviced, given a fresh MOT and was waiting for me at 1pm. After a test drive, Joe conducted a thorough and very helpful handover. He made everything easy for me and I drove home to Warwickshire in my new car less than 72 hours after spotting it on the website. My thanks to James, Simon and, in particular, Joe for their individual efforts, but also thanks to the wider team at Lexus Stoke for arranging everything so promptly and with great courtesy. This definitely lived up to the 'Lexus - Experience Amazing' tag line. Thank you.

After 20 years trawling through the usual German executive toys and telling myself that it can’t be the sales staff’s fault that they’re so pushy as they must be over-reliant on commission, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with the purchase of my first Lexus through Lexus Stoke and their Senior Sales Specialist, Joe Chadwick. The whole experience was a model of professionalism and the complications of managing a Covid-free handover almost 100 miles away from Stoke were managed in an exemplary fashion. Joe was most knowledgeable and helpful, and I never at any stage felt pressured. I’m delighted with my ex-demonstrator UX, which was beautifully presented and is a real pleasure to drive. I can’t wait to do some longer trips once lockdown regulations allow. This was a remote purchase facilitated by two in-depth videos (introduction pre-sale and post-sale / pre-handover) and a few calls with the Lexus team (James, Joe, Chris). Fantastic service from start to finish - I saw a vehicle on Autotrader, called to confirm it was still available and headed straight to the garage. Upon arrival, the vehicle was ready and waiting for me. Joe was very informative and enthusiastic but in no way pushy. A fair part-exchange value was offered for my old vehicle and less than 2 hours after arrival, everything was arranged for me to collect my new car a few days later. We called in to look at two cars with the full intention of buying a Lexus based on their reputation as a premium manufacturer. We were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped into the showroom. I have dealt with many car dealers in the past but the staff at Lexus Stoke, especially Ben Kemp, are the best in the business. Totally honest, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We bought a six year old IS and I can honestly say we were treated as if we were buying brand new. I called Lexus Stoke to ask for advice relating to my Lexus CT200h, which had a flat battery and would not start, as my son had left the interior light switched on for several days. I asked for advice about locating the battery, charging the battery and jump starting, which I know requires specialist knowledge and equipment on hybrids. I spoke to a very helpful and friendly salesman (as the service desk had closed for the day). I was considering calling out my breakdown company, but the salesman offered to come out and jumpstart my car with his specialist battery pack. Within 15 minutes he’d arrived, started my car and showed me the location of the 12v battery. I am immensely grateful to him and Lexus for getting me back on the road so quickly. He really went above and beyond for me. Sadly, I do not recall his name (I’m terrible with names) but I certainly will not forget the help and service I received. Thank you.

Even though I didn't buy a car from Lexus Stoke, I still had the pleasure of being served by James Taylor.
I enquired about a UX Takumi and he gave a great price for my car but the Lexus itself wasn't for me. I ended up buying a GS at another Lexus dealership. I just needed something bigger.
However it wasn't all in vein. I would like to say that James is a credit to the brand and I really wish him well. That sentiment goes to everyone at the dealership.
My part ex is an Audi and their dealers and customer service don't come anywere close to Lexus.

Fantastic Cars and Amazing Service - I doubt I will be willingly tempted away from Lexus. I cant speak highly enough of the quality of both the car and the level of service both during the pre and post purchase stages. Every aspect of their service is to please to customer. Nothing is too much trouble. I had forgotten what "customer service" meant when buying and owning a "premium" car. The sales team (Charlie and Joe), the service team (James and Carl) and everyone in Lexus Stoke are efficient, pleasant, polite, friendly and still very professional. They actually ring you back and they genuinely remember your name when you walk in months later. I even got a phone call wishing me a merry Christmas and thanking me for being a customer. And the coffee is great.
After many years driving German marques BMW and Audi, the cars are expensive, basic and not the quality you may think and the level of service is terrible, even before you buy it, when you think they would at least call you back about test drives etc. Trying to arrange services became a nightmare. No one seems to know what is going on. These once mighty marques have become too big and become car supermarkets overly focused on selling the extras and not providing what they are primarily there for - selling you the car you want / need. Lexus is a fully satisfying ownership experience.

Absolutely the best service I've ever received in a car dealership, and I'm not even a customer. I took my dad up with a wheel with a flat tyre on it, because he can't drive at the minute. Turned out the puncture couldn't be repaired (for free, under his service plan) and he needed two new tyres. By the time we got back with the other Lexus with the flat, two new tyres had been ordered, delivered and were quickly fitted, the spare went back under the car and there wasn't a mucky fingerprint anywhere. And all at a price so reasonable that I thought it was a mistake for a main dealer. In the meantime, we were given delicious coffee (twice), engaged in conversation by the staff and generally made to feel welcome and valued. I've had BMWs in the past, and their dealership up the road could learn an awful lot from the customer service at Lexus. An awful lot! I currently drive a Land Rover and I'm not sure their dealers are even aware customer service like this exists. I've honestly stayed in hotels where I've not been treated that well. Well done Lexus, I hope to become one of your valued customers in the future.

I traded in my Nissan juke for a used Lexus ct200, from the minute I got in touch right until driving away I was looked after, the staff especially Holly, Victoria and Joe were professional and extremely helpful.
The car I purchased was amazing fully valeted serviced and with warranty.
Joe even rung me up just to ask if I got home ok and If i was pleased with the car!!

It an enjoyable service that bmw mercedes audi and jaguar are lacking. Lexus have got customet service purfect. It the only car dealer that my husband will go to and not feel anxious or feel hes being pressurized into something.
As a family we are purchading new cars on 2 to 3 year rolling programme we are talking e class mercedes volvo xc60 lexus etc and so lexus is the only place i do not feel just like another customer.
The staff from the top down are curtious help and personable. There no rushing you in and out your are not made to feel your taking up there time. There alway a drink on offer
