All the staff are friendly, welcoming & professional.
You need to be buzzed into the building.
You hand your paperwork in at reception on your right as you enter building, then called through to a room to have your screening & iron test, then wait in a room at the end of the small corridor. It definitely feels more private than at venues hired to donate using screens to separate etc. I wish it was more local.
Plenty of parking & Loo also available.
